Rented from North Miami Beach Enterprise and was very happy with the service. The staff is great with providing the vehicle being requested by the customer. Although they have lots of customers they always make sure they have staff available to assist all the guest. Thank you North Miami Beach staff for having great customer service skills. Can't wait to rent my next car.

I went to Chicago alsip enterprise car rental.Adrian Cerrato.was very help full .provide very quick service. Soo impressive. I will rent a car again by enterprise

Enterprise has the worst customer service.and they took my money for a full day rental that was returned early.still waiting on corporate to reach out to me...Stay away from Enterprise car rental at 8024 Covington hwy lithonia Ga

Where do I start? If i could leave zero stars, I would! We rented a car for a trip, when we went to pick up the car were told my husband was on a Do Not Rent List! There was a bill from 2019 ..5 Years Ago!! We weren't even aware of as this is a Corporate account w a Fleet vehicle!!! Obviously a bill is going to get paid! Literally for $139!!! I have spent multiple days calling trying to get resolved... will just rent from another company as this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever dealth with on all accounts! Was told today I will get a. call back from a manager when one is available... what an absolute Joke!

I picked up a rental for a week the ladie took pictures of the vehicle with no damages reported. When I returned the vehicle a lady came out with a microscopic devise she said the car had ice pellets markings all over the hood we were 5 people and all never witnessed a rain drop is asked to see original picture to compare the lady said they were not available. Vehicle already had this microscopic damages I have witnesses

Rented a cargo van so I could move my apartment this week end. When I went in the clerk said he couldn’t find my reservation. Then after much hassle, “oh I found it but I don’t have a van available to you. I can rent you a car .” I’m 72 , with two hired hands to help and nothing to move my stuff with. Clerk didn’t care , he said “ it wasn’t me who maid the reservation.” What happened to this once excellent co . ?

I really had a bad experience with enterprise a car Rental Arbor Rd., Plymouth area Michigan. There was overcharged my credit card with something. I am not agree about it. They wasn’t clear about it when I try to complain. This seems like no one it was care about it no Manager contact me, when I request they hold my deposit for over three weeks , I’m still waiting for my deposit I rent a car all over United States from other campaigns I never experience or I received that kind of service before so if you wanna listen to me, I do not recommend to deal with enterprise car rental if you want to save your money and time

Made a reservation and got there and they told me there was no cars available got dropped off. I had to find another ride.

claim reference 78122304 I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a charge of £1,494.95 that was unjustly taken from my account following a non-fault accident on March 22nd. Despite my insurance provider, Aviva, being involved, this payment should have been charged to the appropriate third parties rather than to me. I have already raised this issue with the Financial Ombudsman, but I would like to give Enterprise the opportunity to resolve this matter directly. I urgently request that you arrange for an immediate refund of the £1,494.95 to my account. Can you help me to sort this out as quickly as possible? CA STATE LAW. ALL VEHICLES MUST CARRY TIRE CHAINS. ENTERPRISE DOES NOT INFORM YOU. LOST 2 DAYS IN THE SNOW...THEN WAS CARGED $234.66!!!!!

I have a motability car which had to go into the garage for repair after an accident which was not my fault. So a rented car was arranged for me. The rental car was not like for like, it was so low getting in and out of was a joke. I left the rental car at the garage where I picked my car up from, BIG MISTAKE!!! I had £101 taken from my account without my consent! Apparently when the rental car was collected it had a cracked headlight so I was charged the access for repair. I hadn’t damaged that car, so be aware of making sure the rental car is returned in the condition you got it in. Enterprise will try and charge you for whatever they can get out of you!!!

If you wanna be late for a funeral and deal with incompetence rent period but if you would like the car that you reserved on time and professionals to serve, you do not do not do not rent here. This is your warning. They are rude. They are unprofessional. The young lady helped me didn't even get the reservation. Put in the computer when I ask for a print out at time of reservation made. She told me the printer was broke, which was a blatant lie.She just did not know what she was doing when I called corporate to complain that the car was not ready.Corporate said that the reservation was never made, which means she didn't put the reservation in correctly.So to sum up, do not rent from here.This is your warning

Great experience at the North Brunswick Enterprise Rental center. The employees were very professional and courteous. Especially, Joe Cuzzolino. He serviced my rental order, and was exceedingly kind, gracious, and accommodating. Thank you, so much!!!

I have rented cars from Enterprise for many years. DON’T ever modify your reservation! If you do, you’ll end up paying more just like you made a new reservation. My plane was a late night flight that was delayed 1 1/2 hrs so I modified my arrival time through their app to make sure I’d still have my car. It only cost me $100 to do that. But I didn’t find that out until I showed up to pick up my car. Even showing them my original rental confirmation didn’t change their mind. I was told it would be corrected by 5 different customer representatives on the phone but to no avail. I’ve spent thousands with them over the years but they are losing my business by saying they would correct the problem and then were unwilling to do so later.

I'm a Doctor AMF my wife is an engineer who owns her own firm and we are constantly coming in contact with people who don't like their job, are disrespectful, and not engaged with their clients..... HOWEVER. MY WIFE, OUR CHILDREN, AND MYSELF FLEW FROM ATLANTA HARTSFIELD (MAYNARD JACKSON) AUG 25TH,2024 TO MCO.... AND WE RETURNED THE JEEP WAGONER TO THE RENTAL COUNTER.... EVERYTHING FROM THE DEBRIEF TO GIVING US DIRECTIONS TO THE SKY TRAIN WAS PHENOMENAL..... THE YOUNG MAN'S NAME IS TC AND WAS RECENTLY PROMOTED TO MANAGER.....I SEE WHY.... GREAT ATTITUDE AND PRESENCE
