“Epic Cosplay Wigs has very high quality wigs that are also very thick. The price is great and you can't beat free shipping either. The shipping time is very quick and I've never had any issues with my orders as the customer service is always on point. I highly recommend buying wigs from here!”

“Will avoid epic wigs in the future, normally order from Adra but they had all the wigs I wanted on back order so I decide to try out epic wigs. (11/29/24) friday I ordred the wig and not till 6 days later thursday (12/05/24) do I receive an email saying that the wig is actually on back order and won't be shipping out till end of december. No where did it say this when I was purchasing the wig and I was not notified till almost a week later. Secondly this part is my fault but using UPS for shipping (I should have checked) I was hit with a service/brokerage fee of $37 (more then the price of the wig) on top of the price i already paid in shipping ($23) I have learned my lesson.”

“The wigs are as high quality as always and the customer service is even better! Epic Cosplay took the initiative to reach out to me when the wigs I bought were backordered to make sure I would recive them in time for my event. Since I needed them sooner than the refill date, they were happy to seamlessly switch color shades, even offering similar options in the inital email, for me so I could get them in time. 10/10!”
