“I received the wig rather quickly in the mail and was quite impressed by its quality. They're incredibly full of hair and lucious— this is the first time I'd decided to take the plunge and get a wig that isn't from a reselling storefront and rather a dedicated cosplay wig shop. I'm glad I did. The pricing was also very reasonable for the product I received.”

“I have continued to love Epic Cosplay Wigs! They have some of the best color options and styles available in the cosplay wig market. Their quality is also unmatched in my experience. I’ve bought from Arda Wigs and Purple Plum throughout the years and Epic Cosplay has always been on top for me. Their quality wig caps are always incredible comfy (coming from someone with a big head) and the color is always beautiful and dimensional. The wefts are also so full and great for adding extra hair and fullness to wigs. Much anymore I buy exclusively with Epic Cosplay. My review picture is of a wig I styled for Princess Peach!”

“I bought three wigs, two of which were as they were shown on the website, but the third and most expensive (Aion Dark Brown) was a completely different color than what it is advertised as. The picture on the website is a deep brown, but in person it was much lighter with very strong ginger tones. Overall, I've bought similar quality wigs for much cheaper elsewhere.”

“Epic is a great company for cosplay items, everything is high quality and I've never had issues with them! Their return policies are a bit ridiculous with needing every single piece of paper, cardboard shaper, etc. and basically if they determine it's not able to be restocked immediately without them simply fixing it in less than 5 minutes they will charge you a 20% fee. You also have to cover return shipping and only get store credit of whatever is left after fees they may charge. It's clear this is done so they do not lose much money as a niche company but in turn this can be a turn off for some customers as it's not very considerate of the customers themselves. If you're satisfied with your item, this will not be an issue! If you're not, you're most likely better off keeping the item and figuring something else out rather than losing money.”
