“Fast and transparent shipping, quality product, and helpful guides! Unfortuantely, the basics guide (https://www.epiccosplay.com/pages/the-basics#) currently 404s, which would have been very helpful for me as a first-time wig user (especially since I wasn't originally aware I needed a wig cap), but I was able to figure that stuff out elsewhere.”

“Everyone was amazing, keeping me up to date on the backorder and when I could estimate the wig coming in. They even offered Alternatives in case I needed the wig sooner. Luckily I didn't need it till September, and it even came in earlier than predicted!! I'll be posting a Pic of Revali when he's ready. Thank you guys for the communication! I'm looking forward to getting more things from you all.”

“Shipping was surprisinly fast, even with how close I ordered this to Halloween. The fibers were really soft and the colour I got was super vibrant too! Overall pretty pleased. I was peaved at the compatability between their base Gaia wig and their ponytail extentions. The extentions were way thinner than the base wigs ponytails to the point where theyre kind of unusable. The actual wig I got was super well made and comfortable though!”

“I absolutely love the wig I got. It was not thin so I could style it without worrying about the hair net being visible. The wig also was pretty much ready for wear right out of the bag, I didn’t need to do much styling which was nice because that can be time consuming.”

“I bought this to do Worl is Mine Miku and can I say the improvements this company has made since it started is astounding! Super easy to style, flexible fibers that hold shape well, a dream to cut and mold. Not to mention the softness, as someone with sensitive skin it was honestly a treat! The tails made it through a whole 16-hour day and a half without all that much tangling and were super easy to brush out when I needed to place them back in storage. All I can say is if you're looking for a comfortable, soft, dream or a wig for long wear these are a blessing to wear! Not to mention, the color is spot-on in the images on the website. Just make sure your brightness is up so you can truly see the depth”
