“I am very disappointed. These wefts I bought was to add on to a wig to add highlights. My usual vendor didn’t have purple wefts so I googled search and found this store to purchase em. But I regret it now. The quality for synthetic is horrible! The moment I opened the package the strands were really tanglely. And hard to brush. I started brushing and brushing and finally tried to add it to the wig but it continues to be super nappy! And it’s really bad quality.”

“I've bought from Epic since 2012, it is one of the first wig companies that I thought was a trusted site for quality materials. But my last order really did shock me, just the complete atrocious quality of the wigs. Delivery and customer service is always pretty great but the wig quality has declined so much I am reluctant to buy again.”
