“I love the convenience of wig color samples and the shipping was fast! There was a small burn in the side of the bag from that looks like it happened during shipping and the inner plastic bad melted to one of the samples but it pulled off without causing any damage so it was ok”

“not horrible but too plastic-y for my liking. wigs are also lacking in volume. they get tangled super easily just unfolding the weft package is borderline impossible even if you’re super gentle and careful and using products if necessary. ordered it because i like the price and i had heard some good reviews. unfortunately not a great first impression from my experience”

“Wigs were good but what I want to shout out is the customer service when returning a wig for a new color. Their steps are online, but when the return took a week or so to process, I emailed to kindly ask for an estimated timeframe, to which I got a very helpful reply within a few hours! The new color is now in my hands and it's a gorgeous wig :)”
