“Pros: - Fast shipping - Adequate packaging - Good lacefront wig - Wig and extensions are soft, full, & good length. Cons: - Package did not include instructions for care, cleaning, heat tolerance. (Luckily, the info is on the website, but since this is a gift, It would be awesome to have info in the package) - Color: "Shadow Blue" and "Midnight Blue" are hard to deciper from photos on the website. "Shadow Blue" is a mixture of blue tones. "Midnight Blue" is a flat Navy.”

“I'm very satisfied with the products I've ordered from Epic Cosplay Wigs. So far I've purchased a Helios wig, extension and 3 color samples and all have been excellent quality. The fibers are nice and soft and I've had an easier time working my Epic wig compared to the Amazon ones I bought in the past. I look forward to ordering more in the future.”

“My original order was cancelled because none of it was in stock, but the salesperson who reached out to me was great with helping me find an alternative! The item also got here very quickly. Even though the items that would have looked best for the character were out of stock, the customer service was great and they did the best they could with their stock levels!”
