“Friendly, competent, the right part and a good price. Espresso machines are complicated mechanisms, robust, but everything needs maintenance or repair at some point and Espresso Parts seems to know their stuff.”

“The shop sells the items listed on the website. They ship in a good timeframe. The Pietro stand that I purchased is pretty much useless, but it has nothing to do with espresso parts. They shipped exactly what I ordered.”
