“Unfortunately, The wrong size cups were received. The desired size was 6-oz but 8-oz was received. I’ve tried to check my order but cannot get into my account to see what happened. I’ve tried resetting my password but cannot get that to work either. I know the email is correct because I’ve received many emails since my order.”

“The day after I purchased a part from Espresso Parts with my visa card (a card I use only for online purchases), multiple fraudulent charges were made on the card starting on July 30th. The only other purchase was made on July 22nd. It might not have been you but..... I hope it wasn't. Otherwise happy with the purchase. I'm going to contact the online merchant from the previous purchase as well.”

“I had purchased the timemore scale first to try to save some money, but noticed soon after the scale was too sensitive or maybe I was not using it correctly. I purchased the lunar instead and it has been very accurate, does not stop while pulling a shot, very easy to use. The numbers on the scale are easy to read. Absolutely recommend it!”
