“Originally ordered these for my daughter that lives in Oregon. The order was shipped to my home address instead of hers and I was going to call and explain to customer service about the mistake made, but after opening the box and seeing how nice they were I told my wife we will just keep these. I reordered another set and made sure they were sent to the correct address.”

“When you call Espresso Parts (during working hours), you get an actual person, not an answering service. I received the assistance needed for my 2005 Rancilio Miss Sylvia Espresso Machine, and the parts arrived quickly.”

“Works fine as expected. Now, I mostly use typical high-end coffees, and mostly ground for convenience's sake. So, that's an issue, since a non-pressurized basket needs customized ground-size. And, yes, I've got a nice burr grinder that can do the job. Mostly, I like the fit of your single-shot basket to my Gaggia handle. The small "ring" which snaps past the retainer spring is better than Gaggia's own baskets, which don't hold quite as well, and can fall out when disgorging the puck. Kudos on that feature! (even if it's a little more aggressive than necessary) Quite satisfied. One side-item to note: please refrain from sending marketing materials before a product is even received. That's overly-aggressive.”
