“Great experience with this company. I enjoyed the selection and they had exactly what I was looking for. Everything was packaged very securely. After I left a voicemail informing them they'd accidentally left out 2 packs of filters they promptly returned my phone call apologizing and I immediately received an email notification letting me know my filter order had been processed. They even threw in a free goodie! Pretty awesome. Great, reliable company. Will come back for more purchases in the future.”

“This was my first experience in dealing with Espresso Parts. I could not be a happier customer as the company featured an item on sale that is critical to my pour over coffee each morning I am home when not traveling. The website is robust and laid out perfectly and functions like a 21st website should be designed to perform. They shipped my order promptly and packaged it very well and I have already recommended the company to several of my friends who proceeded to purchase. 5 Stars! I believe that you can buy with confidence that you are doing business with a very well managed company.”

“When I ordered the wrong part and called for help and advice, there was no snarky tone, no eyeroll and no condescension of any kind. A return authorization was promptly issued, and even though the error was mine, shipping was prepaid. Even for a "bad customer" i was given a "great customer experience." Thank you. I'll be back”
