“Quality products but customer service isn't great. Was told if the price on a product drops that they would refund the difference, so I purchased early. Price of that product dropped and they then turned around and said "oops I was wrong" with no commitment to keep to their word.”

“The parts I needed for my aging Rancilio Silvia were available and easy to find on the web site. Shipping was quite prompt. There were pointers in the comments to helpful YouTube videos that I watched and was abel to replace the part myself. I will definitly order whatever next parts I need for my Rancilio Silvia from Espresso Parts.”

“This pitcher is BEAUTIFUL. I bought it becaues I have a 1993 Calssic Gaggia in Black Chromium. Since it has to gold accents I wanted to get a gold pitcher and this matches perfectly (this felt like the bougiest sentance I have written as a coffee person). It is stylish and pretty heavy weight material. Only thing to be aware for people who have larger hands, you will struggle getting your hand into the opening for cleaning. The pitcher opening is pretty tight in comarison to other pitchers I have used. If this does not bother you, then add it to your basket and foam all the milk!”

“Aesthetically our new mugs are very nice and they definitely keep our coffee hot a little longer than other mugs we own. The mugs however are a little small, making it a little difficult to tell if the heat retention is simply due to less coffee being drunk more quickly or attributed to the mug. It would be nice to have a mug a little larger. With these mugs I've had to go from 2 mugs of coffee in the mornings to 4 refills to get the same amount of java.”
