“I purchased a repair kit for our glass rinser that was leaking after less than two years of mild use. Charge was $50 for some rubber gaskets and a simple brass part that wasn't necessary for the repair. I can't imagine that this kit cost more than a dollar to source, hence the feeling of getting ripped off.”
