“Product arrived quickly and in order the plastic paper gasket doesn’t fit the machine properly and broke. Fortunately I was able to use the old gasket. Also, there’s no need to include the cotter pin. This isn’t an easy job for the average person.”

“I did not receive my order but it looks like it is my fault. I checked UPS Tracking and the address is not correct. I looked at the order with you and the address I used for the order is wrong. Order 320094EP UPS 1ze990160396032116 I updated my address with UPS but I dont know if this will automatically cause UPS the try a new delivery. Could you please update the address on your site to what I have provided below and coordinate with UPS to have them attempt again with the proper address.
