“Fluid-o-tech pump arrived next day, very impressed with the quick delivery. Once installed it runs very smoothly and much quieter than the original CEME pump on my older Mininova. Took a bit of research to determine whether I needed the diode mentioned in the description of the pump but was able to contact the manufacturer Fluid-o-tech to discuss and order the proper connector from them.”

“Very pleased with the product ordered, which were diner mugs in black. The quality of the mugs are superior. They have so far held up with heavy-handed usage and the custom print on the mug has survived the sanitizer water. The only reason I deducted one star was because of the production lag and communication between the sales team and myself. I was given an estimated date of completion that went 3 weeks past the original date. Super bummed on that being a small business and having that hurt our potential sales for the holidays.”
