“Was able to quickly and easily get all the parts I needed to replace my Rancilio Silvia's boiler gasket and some other parts. Would've been more helpful if there was some documentation available with the parts. I was, however, able to scrounge up information and videos elsewhere on the web.”

“Loved everything and am excited to put it to use!! However, the soft bristle brush I got is very difficult to get into my airport so I'm a little disappointed with that. Maybe it's for a different sized pot, not sure.”

“I am very pleased with the product, a 70 mL glass measuring cup. It took about 10 days to arrive, seemed a little long but likely due to the general lag in all deliveries. I bought two cups as I had a difficult time finding this size.”

“Great, quick order fulfillment! Free shipping! Pretty slow answering email/web page contact, but overall worked out well for my 16 year old Rancilio Silvia. The problem was a clogged intake hose, I should have checked that first? I probably did not have to replace the pump and solenoid, but I almost have a new machine for $120!”
