“shipping is high for small parts”

“My purchase was pretty simple. A screw retain the base plate on an old La Pavonni Europiccola and a slightly larger filter basket. Both worked well and as expected. Service and communication were excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase from and recommend them in the future.”

“Delivery was on time and well packaged. However there were no instructions in the box. Although it's a pretty simple assembly for the most part there's a metal screen included in the box that I have no idea where to put or what its for. Would have been nice to at least include an exploded view of the assembly.”

“Was able to quickly and easily get all the parts I needed to replace my Rancilio Silvia's boiler gasket and some other parts. Would've been more helpful if there was some documentation available with the parts. I was, however, able to scrounge up information and videos elsewhere on the web.”
