“As a native Olympian and one of espressoparts first customers (from the old Jo Mama's location), you guys are always my first choice for coffee wares. The delivery was quick and communication was great around the out-of-stock electric kettle. It arrived shortly after the v60. The only, hyper-critical and needy, suggestion I might have would be that I accidentally ordered an "01" v60 and meant to get the "02". I realized my own error after seeing the order summary from following a link in the delivery notification email. I knew I couldn't do anything about it and thought, "what if espressoparts would catch that mismatch in product and notify me?" Anyway, thank you for the quality gear, and quick delivery. You guys are the best.”

“I appreciate the look and quality of the coffee maker I received. I had to drop a star because I ordered a different coffee maker to start but after waiting 3 months I was told it would be at least another month so I had to settle for a different maker. Wish there had been better communication and not waiting 3 months.”

“Espresso Parts had the group head gasket that I needed for my Rancilio Silvia V3, in stock, at a good price. It was easy to find it, easy to order, and it was shipped promptly. The tip on the site about turning the machine upside down to soak the group head in coffee cleaner/descaler was useful, too. However, I did not appreciate being auto-added to a high-volume marketing mail list. If there was an opt-out option anywhere during the checkout process, I did not spot it.”

“I love that Espresso Parts always have my parts in stock at a reasonable price. They email me to let me know my order has shipped as well. Being that I am not far from them I would not pay extra for shipping again as it didn't come any quicker.”

“The cold brew apparatus is beautiful and works well! One rod does not lay flush to the board, but it is a minor issue. Please beware, however, if this is a gift for someone that you live with. The shipping packaging has their logo and branded tape on it. My SO brought up the package from the mailroom and knew immediately what it was due to the shipping packaging.”
