“Very pleased with the product ordered, which were diner mugs in black. The quality of the mugs are superior. They have so far held up with heavy-handed usage and the custom print on the mug has survived the sanitizer water. The only reason I deducted one star was because of the production lag and communication between the sales team and myself. I was given an estimated date of completion that went 3 weeks past the original date. Super bummed on that being a small business and having that hurt our potential sales for the holidays.”

“The deal I received was excellent along with Heather who was extremely quick and professional in her communication. My only piece of feedback is that there wasn't a heads up on how long the machine will take to ship. When I asked, I was told it was going to be bench tested which is great, but not until 11 days after purchase, so I'm going to guess that puts me at over two weeks before I receive the machine.”

“The heating element fits perfectly and works fine. However, the boiler wiring sent does not match my boiler (from 2018), but I was able to use it by making splices.”
