“This review is based on only one purchase that I have made with this vendor so far. PROS: Good prices. Low purchase threshold to get free shipping. CONS: The description of the item I purchased was poor*. *Specifically, I read the description for the "E61 Group Head Kit" and (1) noticed the warning that certain other machines do not really have E61 group heads and that the gasket will not fit those and (2) saw that my manufacturer "Grimac" was listed as compatible for the supplied gasket. So I felt assured about fitment because I was certain I had a real E61 and I have a Grimac (La Valentina). So, I was pretty confident it would fit and I made my purchase for 2! It didn't fit: the portafilter over-turns way beyond 6 o'clock. The gasket was the incorrect size even though the screen part was perfect. Knowing the gasket size problem, I would suggest that Espresso Parts more generally state that "the default 8mm gasket is too thin for some E61 models". I also wish I was asked to select my required gasket thickness { 8mm, 8.5mm, or 9mm } to make me understand that I am responsible for knowing the required thickness (even if I am certain that I have a real E61 and even if my manufacturer is listed as compatible).”

“The staff were very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, in the end, the part had the wrong size connection but Espresso sent an RA for the parts to be picked up. Excellent customer service. I hope to be able to do business with them in the future.”
