“Had to wait a bit as the pump I needed was out of stock (tariffs probaby). Anyway, once it came in, I ordered up, and Esprsso Parts shipped promptly. The USPS seemed to fumble the shipment, it sat in Seattle for a while. & days seemed a long time. New pump was the exact replacement for the old pump in my NS Musica. Runs perfect, and quieter than the old one. (maybe that was a clue the old one was crapping out?) anyway, and great transaction with Espresso Parts”

“Aloha Espresso Parts ... while working with Brent over the phone he checked for availability and gave us the part number making it easy to place the order. "Thank you Brent," if it were not for your professional assistance I would not have placed the order. I think the one clear message in this comment is the outstanding customer service from Brent, after phoning your local number listed he was fantastic, knowledgeable of the replacement part for a La Pavoni PC-16 Professional Espresso Machine - 16-Cup Capacity Lever Espresso Maker purchased after 2000. He knew every question to provide the right part to us. Brent went the distance being sure that the replacement part we ordered would be the perfect fit and so we ordered it. Knowing his experience and outstanding manner on the phone speaking with a person in Hawaii we were confident that he advised us correctly. That’s fantastic customer service and much appreciated.”
