“Espressoparts quickly addressed an error made by their supplier (wrong o-ring) and then accommodated an error I made (wrong part number). It is rare to see a company focus on solutions and positive outcomes over profitable transactions. It’s a reflection of great company values and a customer focussed team. “Working with you guys was fantastic and I really appreciate the ease in ordering. Got a little close with delivery. Althought we paid extra for 2 day it took a little longer than that and scared us for a second but delivery made it one day prior to our counter top measurement appointment so it all turned out good. We will deifinetley be ordering from you again!”
