“4/5 The mugs are very high quality and I like them, but the color is not the same as it's pictured. They look orange in the picture, but they're a lot darker in person, more amber than orange.”

“I had placed an initial order of two ringers and only received one. I didn't check my shipment for few months as my coffee shop was not ready. Upon checking and seeing just one item, I emailed espresso parts and provided pics of box and what I received. Without any issues they verified they had only sent out one rinser and shipped out the rinser. That was excellent on their part as it was painless. Thank you”

“These folks have "the stuff" you need if you're into hard-core espresso and want to keep your machine operatng as it is supposed to. Quick shipment and reasonable prices on top of it. My only complaint is that they're not closer to me! :-)”
