One simple part ordered and we were sent the wrong part, potentially costing me a sale of my machine! Called and the correct part being sent but Espresso Parts wouldn't expedite it unless we paid for it. Had to find local vendor who fortunately had the part but had to drive over an hour to get it. My buyer couldn't wait. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

Ordered the Rancilio Rocky Front Panel Support (doserless) and it arrived with all screw holes untapped. Emailed customer support and received no reply, but did get an automated email asking how you did. Very poorly is the answer. Had to buy a metric tap set to thread the holes myself and for the money spent on the Front Support that is wholly unacceptable.

Needing a spare part, after a google search, Espresso Parts was the cheapest. Second time around, after experienceing a customer service rep who 'had to be right' and experienced being patronized, I decided to cancel the order and purchase it elsewhere.

Not a fan, over packaged and not very efficient. Could have been sent in a letter envelope. Instead 1 thin gasket was sent in a huge mailer that probably could have held 500-1000. When shipping cost 2x - 10x the item cost you should probably think about shipping different.

The part I bought was ~$1.60... shipping was ~$13.... Instead of just putting it in to a envelope and shipping it that way ... You charge me a premium for shipping and I didn't even get a kiss. I understand it was my decision to buy the part and my decision to chose ground but from my knowledge that was the cheapest option. I wish more care was placed on my order even though it was under $5.

Shipped a seal in a huge envelope at a cost of around $12.00. was going to order another but the shipping is ridiculous. It could have been stuck in a letter envelope for 90% less.

as i have written to you info@ about my cut finger from the frothing thermometers i purchase. specifically the clip that holds the thermometer. Since milk got on it wanted to wash it. Those edges stamped but not deburred. There at least be a warning, and include some carbide sandpaper to take the edges off and i have not heard back from my email to info@ either. think your company would care about such...

I ordered 4 espresso glasses that took over a week before they were even “shipped.” My order was then cancelled for no apparent reason, I wasn’t notified and no explanation was given.

The tech was a young kid. At first seemed okay, but the know it all type. He then got very condescending, left with a filter leaking onto our floor. We were told that he would install our filtration espresso parts have me order. Then he got here and said that is not his job. He then said he has no Knowledge about any filtration system going in anyways. He treated women with a very degrading tone and simply ignored us. It was awful…. Now I have to try and get my equipment in so I can open. This is going to cost me my target opening day. Very very upset

Our first time a package showed with broke. Part. Real bummer as were gifts for Christmas we let them know right away. We are traveling the very next day not back into town now till January. It took us almost 3 days to get a response back. Not sure if the package broke it transporter shipping company or who it was just very disappointing. Our first experience we did not get a good one with broken stuff just awaiting our credit now on the merchandise.

My order says it shipped on Dec 8th with a tracking number and label created but there has been no movement at all with UPS. Sent an email and as of yet no one has responded. This is a Christmas gift and I am very annoyed.
