service. While i am giving the details of car theft , she asked
me to call somebody else as I can not speak English, That m
ount to harassment and discriminatory behaviour.”

Absolutely shocking. Had email off sure saying missed payment by email and needed to pay before 16th October what was fine so called up on 8th to pay to find out had all ready been cancelled and if wanted to finish year with them needed to pay full policy up. I talked to manager and sent his email saying I had till 16th to pay £58 to get back up to date and he
was.very rude and just kept saying need to pay full policy. I had been with them for nearly 4 years and got treated like dirt over missed payment. stay well clear worst customer service ever”
“I have been with esure car insurance in 206 when I had a Ford Fiesta I drove my car and hit some else car doing damage to my car and the other person when my car was taken away to be repaired when it came back I was please with work repair done to my car . Then I had 2013 Ford Fiesta that got stolen so I did not have wait long for esure to pay me out”

Away to the states on business and missed a payment. Closed down my whole policy and wanted me to pay it off in full before I took out another car insurance policy 😂
