“I can't rate Esure highly enough. I had a bad experience abroad and was robbed. Upon returning to the UK Esure have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and have made the whole claims process quick, easy and stress free. Friendly and helpful staff, quick and full payout/replacements and all their partners were just as good. Thank you Esure, you have made a terrible experience that little bit better.”

“Bought esure insurance when bought a car on a provisional licence, told them sitting test in a few months, when passed test called and they wanted to charge 250 pounds admin cost to change policy. Asked why they did not tell there would be a high admin cost when they were informed that obviously I was going to sit driving test, they said they cannot advise and people do not necessarily sit a driving test but stay on a provisional licence.. How ridiculous. Put in a complaint but cannot drive until resolution.”
