“Was paying Esure £500 for my policy, which itself was ok. After I made a claim , I changed vehicle. New car is same engine same power same age ,. My policy was doubled in price there and then, not the next year's policy,. The original policy was doubled in price . Makes it completely useless making a claim. That just took it back in premiums.”
“I have a problem with pressure in my boiler ( everyday have to refill water ) called esure they send the engineer which wasn't able to fix it as there is a leak somewhere in wall - can't see it ! Engineer told me that they need to make referral to insurance as special exray machine need to be used in order to trace the leak . Called esure and they told me that I have to arrange on my own cost engineer to trace leak and pay on my own for fixing it !!! They will pay only for removing the tiles and put them back if need be but I have to pay access of £350 !!!! Lady was rude so I asked to speak with Manager but unfortunately Manager was even more rude !!! Disgraceful customer services!!!!! Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!!”
“Always good in beginning but very disappointed and very bad end want take all the money what you have it’s bad company And customer service is the worst”
“It’s a year since our kitchen was flooded, the replacement kitchen was fitted very badly in December and we are still don’t have a named esure worker trying to liaise in our behalf to rectify this. Yet obviously our insurance premium has gone up. We have lost count of the phone calls and emails we have made to try to resolve this! We wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.”
“So, after an accident at the beginning of August I was almost immediately called by the 3rd party insurer and offered a £100 incentive for allowing them to handle car hire etc instead of my own company - saves them a good deal of money, obviously.
While the write off of the car was dealt with quickly, it now transpires that there was never any intention of the £100 cheque being paid. Having initially been offered the payment by "Scott" on the 2nd, I finally decided to chase the absent amount on 24th, being assured that the cheque would be sent out immediately - another perfectly pleasant operator, just lying through her teeth, obviously.
So here we are, a month later, and I've just sat through a 10 minute "screw you" with "Tom", clearly the last line of indifference in this third rate company's arsenal of mediocre functionaries. A couple of minutes of being talked over and I was put on hold indefinitely - guess I can go whistle for the money you owe me then?
It's worth noting that these petty crooks operate out of Scotland, so they consider themselves immune to the rule of law that governs breach of contract (and openly fraudulent activity) in the rest of what used to be Britain.
All I can say is this - if some crook from eSure tries to con you into saving them money, don't do it - let your insurance company hit them with whatever grossly inflated expenses they want, it's the least they deserve!!”
“Tried to make a claim and was given the wrong information to start off with.when I spoke to them again they were very still unhelpful and said it was going to cost me my no claims even though it was not my fault.”
