asked wife to collect order-gave her a spary can instead of 5ltr Bke cleaning fluid. Tel at least half dox times to branch but no answer and had to leave message at another branch for the manager to ring me.It took two days for that to happen and then had to travel 30miles round trip to collect when their vans pass half a mile from my address daily so they could easily have made amends without causing me further anoyance.

Ordered parts online at 6 in the morning, turned up at 4 in the afternoon. Had to queue for 20 minutes before getting to the till. Expected my stuff to be ready to pick up but no, I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get my stuff. I thought the point of click and collect was to save time. I will not be buying from here again.

If I'm honest your delivery and sevice was poor. I ordered wiper blades on a Monday evening, heard nothing until I contacted you 5 days later. The wrong blades were then delivered I visited your depot twice before receiving the correct blades

This is the second time the staff in the Abergele store have picked my order wrong. Who ever is picking there needs training to learn to read. I hate complaining but the guy behind the counter offered no apology or interaction and nobody is going to pay me for my time and petrol to return to the store again. This isn’t a complaint on Eurocarparts but the staff in Abergele.

Great range and selection on website, however when collecting from Slough local branch, the waiting time is very poor, always one person serving and took over 20min to collect one item ordered, this is a common occurrence

Tried to return faulty brake pad but wouldn't accept because one set had been fitted to car so set wasn't complete. Had to buy complete new set from another company to finish job

I ordered online and was advised to collect as two items in stock. When I arrived an hour before closure at Uxbridge I was told the stock taker had made an error and there was nothing available but the part would be reordered for collection next day and to come back at 1pm. So I did and was told on arrival that no order had been placed? I said to cancel the order and tried the Hayes branch and collected it from there. You would think a text after a positive check and put aside wouldn't be to hard to do, rather than a guess at what stock is available. Best to ring up after placing and order online to ask them to confirm that the item has indeed been put aside and is awaiting collection. Before you set out. Also, I found only one person serving, who had to go off and check whilst the queue waited, so allow half an hour for this when visiting Uxbridge late in the afternoon and you should be OK. Phone and be prepared to wait.

Tools sold which were not fit for purpose. Cheaply made and both sets were sold damaged. Exchanged for refund.

On the positive side the price for car parts are very competitive with a wide range of stock. However do not use this company unless you have at least half an hour spare, to wait in a long queue, with very slow and frustrating poor service. I recently visited the Store in Nechells Birmingham to pick up a click and collect order. There was one member of staff on the counter with the long queue of frustrated customers stretching out of the door. There seemed to be no shortage of staff loafing around in the office behind the counter and in the warehouse, but unfortunately serving customers seemed a low priority.

Long queues out the door with only 1 receptionist working off their feet, whilst other staff members flit about ignoring the customers who are waiting ages. This is often the situation. It took 25 minutes to get a click and collect ! As some consultations with customers are lengthy by nature, why can’t these others at least help ease the queues at busy times.

Wrong item sent even though I used thier web site part finder with the car registration number. Took the item to nearest branch for a refund but you dont get the postage back, just the value of the item. And, according to the branch staff, they dont dont sell the right item anyway! Any part for any car... not strictly true.

very poor service wrong part was given , had to buy another , based on my number plate i need diesel oil filter and i was given petrol filter can’t get time to come and ask for refund

I have bought a car battery , payd for next day delivery as i realy needed but it has not be delivered , nobady call or email me about ...I decidet to call and i've been told that i called too late . Called next day and they said later will be delivered . After two days i had the batery . No comunication at all . I hat to chase up two days in a row. Desapointed

I've stopped buying oil filters here. They're very often, "more than one filter will fit your car", without enough information to select the correct filter. It's easier to start looking and buy elsewhere, which is where my other bits get bought. Oil still a good price for the generic synthetic oil.
