I bought a Pagid handbrake cable for our 2014 Panda. The solderless nipple had cable poking through that meant it would not fit in lever compensator yoke. This happened after I had fitted and routed cable. Could not file down, too hard. So had to take off and use grinder wheel. Fitted and then cable is longer than old only marginally and works well enough. I just would have been happier getting genuine Fiat and having a better time fitting despite probable extra cost

ordered crowfoot socket set via click and collect, no confirmation to say it was ready, so i went to collect anyway and one of them was missing from the packet, brought to the attention of staff to be told i'd have to come back the day after and he'd order another set, took them anyway as i needed them for a job, pretty rubbish really

Was given the wrong part however sticker was correct so unable to check until got home and compared to part replacinh

Parts supplied were incorrect, part number was correct on both boxes but in one box the part was incorrect . This wasted me considerable time and was replaced free of charge but with no apology whatsoever

Ordered a couple of things on the 4th of October to be delivered as they said it was out of stock in store and only available for home delivery only to have to go to the store and see what I wanted there on the shelf and get an email 8 days later apologising for the delay in my order as it's out of stock 10 days later I'm still waiting. Sort your stock management out please

I placed my order online and shortly afterwaards recieved an email notification saying that the order had been paid for and would be available to collect from the store after 4 pm on October 4th. I arrived at the store at around 5:45 pm after driving 15 miles only to find that the order was not there. I then had to return the next day to collect. That was my first and last experience of Euro Car Parts.

The problem I have is not with Euro Car Parts but your use os Evri to deliver parts. On my recent order they made no attempt to deliver to my house, instead they left it at a house of a pensioner 50yards away - expecting her to deliver it. That is unacceptable but not unusual for such a shocking firm.

After a long 15 minute queue, I asked for the pads to collect, for my Q7 rear, I added if it had multiple options, but was told no. Paid for the pads, drove home, stripped them down, only to find incorrect pads, 2 options available, 30 mile round trip to go and replace and another 15 minute queue!!! Not the best experience.

I went online as needed some windscreen wipers. Put my reg in to the website to show me ones suitable for my car. When I went to put them on they're completely the wrong attachment. What's the point in having the make/model check if you're not going to show me the right ones? Now I have to make another trip to return them and get the correct ones which is a complete waste of time.

Despite ordering and receiving an email confirming that all items were ready for collection from my local branch in Eastbourne, I arrived to collect l, only to be informed that one of the items had been sold, so was not there. They did order another one, which after a second visit was there, but did not alter the fact that I had to make another 20 mile round trip.

Pretty slow and rude service, they made me feel like they were doing me a favour rather than I am a customer. I think I will buy from Amazon next time

Not happy with the service. Ordered a battery for delivery. The delivery driver FAILED to deliver it saying he couldn't find the address. I collected the battery from the Crewe shop where the man said as a matter of goodwill he would re imburse the delivery fee it would take up to three days. Over a week later I have still not received it. This is the first time I have used euro parts The service has not been good I will think twice about using euro parts in the future

Bought a new car battery. It was clearly used. Measured 10.1V - so fully discharged. No terminal covers or anything you'd expect with a new battery - just handed over as if it had been freshly pulled out of a car after running flat.

I’ve used the Gravesend store for many years the only problem is the front counter seems very understaffed with only one person serving there is often a long wait , at times with the queue being so long I have gone to my other parts supplier. All this said right part first time and quality is good at euro car parts
