I’ve used the Gravesend store for many years the only problem is the front counter seems very understaffed with only one person serving there is often a long wait , at times with the queue being so long I have gone to my other parts supplier. All this said right part first time and quality is good at euro car parts

Ordered part on Friday evening to collect Saturday morning only to arrive in store and be told can’t collect till Monday, returned Monday to be told no order on system it must have been deleted Then had to chase to get my money back Helpful get in call centre who eventually helped

Disappointed to find the one item supplied was either a return or faulty. Looked like a return to be honest. Dirty fingerprints are a give away. Returned item should be checked and not resold if faulty or dirty.

It took 20 minutes waiting in store to get a click and collect order for one side light bulb and that's after getting an email to tell me it was ready for collection

I ordered brake pads for a citreon Ds3 and received brake pads for a citreon c2 and brake discs for a Peugeot 307,I had put my car registration in and the parts I ordered your website said they were for my car as they were wrong I had to send them back and get them elsewhere.

I placed the order to click and collect with the Isleworth branch. I received an email stating that the order was ready for collection a few minutes after placing the order. I sat in a crazy amount of traffic in Worton Road in getting to the branch. When I walked in, it was full. My perception was that nothing was moving. Eventually the orders were coming through. Very slowly. Staff was very disinterested. No management anywhere to ask why are so many customers waiting. The whole process of waiting to collect the goods at the branch took longer than searching for the items on the internet. Going into the ECP website. Selecting and paying for the items. Getting into the car and then driving to the branch and sitting in traffic in Worton Road. The items I ordered were small. I was on my way to a job. The shocking service at ECP made me late and my customer wasn’t very happy with me. Apathy personified!!

Local motor factors are usually cheaper, on this occasion ECP were. I have used their click and collect a few times now and every time they have one person on the counter and I end up having to wait a long time to get the part.

Had what I needed at a good price but was left waiting for at least 5 mins when I went to pick up. No one else waiting and could see people in the office but they just ignored me.

Counter is always taken up by non-Uk time wasters with enquiries/returning tools for refund that they have now finished with. Click & collect orders take too long due to these wasters.

Stock availability online and in store has decreased in the last 6-12 months. Didn’t even have carb cleaner in stock at the Midsomer Norton branch.

Ordering online and picking up at the store isn't necessarily quicker. Despite placing my order online, I still had to wait for about 20 minutes to receive it. When the order finally arrived, it turned out to be incorrect. Luckily, I checked before leaving, as receiving the wrong order could have caused damage to my car engine.

Click and collect form store is a nightmare as I wasted 45 mins to get my order. Only one executive serving for all order as walk ins and click and collect. No time saving for click and collect orders.

The item I bought (pioneer car radio) was described in detail on the website, but nowhere does it say there is a cd player, and it isn't visible in the bad photos. I didn't want this feature, and would have returned it for a refund if it were not so inconvenient. I will know to shop somewhere else in future.

The steering wheel cover was too small , yet was supposed to be a ‘ perfect fit’ for my vehicle . It ripped on attempting to fit it and I had no choice but to bin it!

Parts delivered late, ordered on 2nd September, arrived on 11th. Promised delivery was 3 to 4 days.
