Paid extra for 48hour delivery, took 48 hours to dispatch and 4 days to deliver. Master cylinder supplied is leaking internally but ok to use in the short term so gave poor rather than very poor

So I don't know for what reason, but I ordered an ovar with my registration number, but I got the wrong product. And I lost my money.

Queued for 20 minutes in your shop to collect a preorder. During that period two people came out from the back office hopefully noted the queue but just returned to the back office without signalling that there was a queue. For a company whose brand is famous for a quick delivery service that was disappointing. Today's customer service is based on agility - the skill of responding to immediate circumstances and needs.

I ordered four items one of which was wrong and totally irrelevant to my needs. The resolution was for ECP to get a courier to collect the wrongly delivered item, following that the correct one would be dispatched (were it in stock). Long-winded, to say nothing of requiring two journeys and having to wait a couple of weeks before i could carry out the work on my car. The system needs to be geared up to show 'out-of-stock' items on the website and the returns policy and method of exchange/replacement revised.

When collected the items I was told to come back next day as they couldn’t see the item arrived but when I asked again and again they found the item. The when I wat at the service centre they told me the cabin filter was not the right size. I had to make another trip to the shop and they gave me the correct parts and mentioned me they gave me incorrect parts in first place. It cost me extra £30 at the service centre becaof the mistake made by europarts

Feel sorry for the staff...1person on front desk working under pressure. The product I bought was a joke.really bad quality. Doesn't work at all Had to return it.

Customers are always left waiting at the front desk - you can see Management sitting at their desks, purposely ignoring customers. Staff don’t appear to be accustomed to serving customers. The Click part is easy, the Collect part - no so much.

Part was correct and was stated but on Internet says not available until 3p so I rang store and they told me they had them on the self so I ordered parts went to collect was told have to wait 20 mins for order to go throw no problem came back 30 mins later to be told 3pm which was another 3 hrs I explained to guy I rang thou b4 I ordered parts and got told they on the self Customer service experience very poor why wasn't I just told 3pm from being due to this u won't be using eurocarparts again

Items were ordered next day delivery , which I have paid for ... After phone call I was told that ,because I have ordered after 5 o clock it's not gonna be next day but day after ..(okay then don't allow this option after that time as next day, automatically ) ... nothing has appeared even 2nd day .. then after phone call they did not know what's happened .. and said it will be next day ... third day items were delivered by scooter courier ... Web page said collection in store was not possible .. on the phone store said it was possible ...

It always takes too long to collect an order. 20 mins on average, never enough counter staff. Why do the counter staff have to disappear and find the order? It's very inefficient and I've seen potential customers just leave, inc me!

Although I ordered the part it was not ready when I got there. Only 1 member of staff serving but you could hear others in the back office laughing and joking. When a second person came out they said something to the person serving and then put something in the draw and then walked off still leaving 3 of us waiting to collect orders and 6 people waiting to order. If I order from there again I will allow 1 hour in the store. This was about 2.15 in the afternoon

The website is not specific enough and outrdated the staff are not knowledgable about their products and the window for returns is not long enough, waiting in person sometimes can become very time consuming and ordering online has missed items paid for. Hopefully the company can fix this because when its right its fantastic.

1 member of staff only serving all of the customers. I purchased wat I needed and payed online.15 min waiting to collect my stuff. Not happy and I don't think I will use euro car parts in the future.

Was told one of the parts was not available and that I should have been told before I went to pick up. Supposed to have a refund but havnt. The receipt emailed through says I've picked the whole order which I didn't. I rang on the day and was told refunds take 14 working days! They didn't even take my order number. Just fobbed me off

Ordered new front brake discs and pads but when they arrived both parts were incorrect.
