I still don't have the products, so can't really review. Everything was in stock and ordered nearly 2 weeks ago so not sure why tgey haven't been received. I'm now on holiday so don't even have anyone to accept the delivery.

Instructions don’t make sense. Took money from bank and confirmation email to say being delivered. then got phone call 3days later to say out of stock and had to wait. No offer of giving back delivery charge. Customer service not good. Don’t take the money if not available.

So sad that 3 members of staff. behind counter and after buying wipers not one would assist me to put them on. They did direct me to Hallfords though! When outside a kind man passing by took 30 seconds to put them on for me; Thank that man for showing kindness, not seen at this particular Euro Parts shop!

Actually I am little confused, because on one hand shopping with Euro Car Parts iseems so straightforward- you need the number plates of your car and the system allocates the parts for you automatically. But, this is the end of success. Within the last three weeks, twice I have purchased the parts and twice the system sold me the wrong parts that were unsuitable for my car. The result- lost time, ruined holiday plans and the car that is still not fixed. No perron to person selling experience turns to be horrible experience.

Ordered my part online for collection, went to store and only 1 person on till. There was 2 people infront of me, the first one was waiting for his order the second wanted to view a few products. I was waiting over 15 mins just to collect my order. Didn’t feel it was good enough. Normally if there’s a few people more staff come & help but nobody did. I ordered online so I could just nip in & get it.

I ordered brake discs for my car, went to fit them and found that they were the wrong size despite having entered my car registration into the system. Not impressed. They did refund my money without any question though.

Euro car parts should open more stores in towns and villages and keep a higher stock range nationwide instead of just being in London you need to sort out online stock and instore stock to be the same as it holds customers up with some parts only being available online then having to wait for a poor delivery service from an outside company to deliver the goods late.

The lady in the till was pleasant. However clearly stretched as the queue was back to the door .She was complaining of the lack of teamwork which was disappointing how the quality of the product and how it was packaged was amazing .

Parts & Price is excellent It only goes down hill when you get to the store to collect them. One person serving & took 40 minutes to get the parts. Not ideal when your on your lunch break.

Very disappointed with your trade account. Parts are more expensive for me through the trade account than they are to Joe Public on the website. I don’t use your company much anymore

Bought discs and pads for my Citroen berlingo and told the guy to double check the discs were the correct ones. When went to fit them they were the wrong ones as they were solid snd thinner and the others were vented. I fitted them as had no choice but hope they are gonna be ok.

I asked for my order to be delivered and paid a delvery charge of £3.95. After a week I had heard nothing. So I went round to the Chessington branch and, with some difficulty, managed to extract the correct part. I am out of pocket to the amount of £3.95.

Hello, after purchasing the brake pads I am dissatisfied because every time I brake there is a squeal worse than the old ones. I bought new ones after 3 days of squeak and I do not recommend this product, waste of money.

Pretty poor the part which stated it would fit my car doesn't fit, this then resulted in charges from garage due to labour charges. Dealing with customer service was fine, just experience was pretty poor.

Placed order and was told my order would be delivered in two days so I informed my Mechanic who arranged to call on the Tuesday evening. Order was delivered on the Monday and no one was in to recieve. I arrive home at 4pm find the calling card and ring the branch. I am assured it will be delivered the following day and stay at home waiting for it. At 5pm the mechanic arrives and I call the depot but can only get through to the Cambridge outlet. I had to pay the mechanic and apologise for wasting his time. I get through to the Basildon outlet the following morning and after some time waiting my order was located and delivered within the hour. I was very disappointed with the service that I have received.
