Pros - competitive price Cons - customer service Whenever I've attended, there is always a wait to get any support and no polite acknowledgement of your existence or wait time.. Collected prepaid click and collect the other week. Given the wrong product (which fyi was more expensive than what I paid for). Returned to exchange it, no product available. Customer service was so poor, no acknowledgement of the wasted time returning the wrong item, no offer to help source the needed product (oil). No politeness at all. Though I will say, this is pretty consistent across customer service roles everywhere now. It's rare to get stand out customer service, standards are low so it's at least in keeping with other settings.

Sadly., i have not had a good experience. More often than not, the parts are incorrect. Now this is usually rectified in the form of a refund, but that does nothing to compensate for the hassle of coming back into the branch again just to get back to square one. I recently ordered a new driveshaft which i ordered online and used the available options to carefully identify my vehicle. Dropped my car to a local garage to fit it, and i then got a call to say the car is up on the ramp, but the part is wrong. I had no car to take it back to your outlet, and had to get the garage to source another from elsewhere which took two days. I had to pay out for two. I later got my car back,. And returned your incorrect one to you. I was informed that it would take 7-10 days for my money to be refunded. I am sick of running around because of your incompetence, and will now use other suppliers before i consider coming to you guys. The outlet front desk is understaffed, and the place stinks.. i mean actually stinks,. Of fish. It is silent, apart from the general hubbub coming from the numerous staff that are having a good old chit chat behind the obscured glass and seem uninterested in coming out to help when there is a que and just one man on the front counter. I find this infuriating and disrespectful. Basicly,. Service is very poor, and front of house staff seem overstretched. I won't waste anymore of my time in there. Just a bit of a joke

This headlight replaced one that was ordered earlier. The delivery and service for the collection of the returned lamp has been shocking. Lack of communication. Failed pick up. Repeated calls by me to europarts (helpful call centre but poor poor service).

Ordered rear wiper for click and collect from Newport branch (1 left). When collected the top of the box was open and the clip was missing, only the blade was inside. Decided to fit original clip to new blade, unfortunately it was a different size. Took back inside for a refund telling the server that the picture on website was the correct one only to be told the picture was generic. Went to a motor factors 100 yards away and picked up the same wiper, this time with clip and for a third cheaper.

I felt very bad about Euro car parts. I have ordered a window cleaner online and asked me to collect within 5 days. I had to go after 3 days after purchased. However, when I went to the store and told me the item was not available and needed to be collect few hours later. Then, I went again in my lunch break and told me need to wait 15-20 mins more. However, I could not stay too long and came the third time. Finally, I got my cleanser. 2 stars was for the polite and helpful guy.

Athough the parts are generally good, good prices and no issues, the problem seems to be the store where you can collect this, even just for clock and collect. Only one person working the counter, even when the customers are queuing out the doors, no other staff comes and helps out. I waited for 1hr 10 minutes to be served whwn I picked my last order, bearing in mind that all i had to do was collect it, no investigation work was required to check the parts as it had already been alocated. The Euro car parts brand is clearly very busy, so surely something better can be done in the way of customer service coming to the shop as for this waiting time alone, I wouldnt go back. There was only 6 folk ahead of me in the queue, but 1hr 10 minutes is ridiculous for that. A bit dissapointing to see other staff mincing about doing nothing through the back or outside when they could clearly see the amound of customers waiting and could help. Unfortunatley this is not the first time I have encountered this, it has now been on the last 3 occasions to the shop. May I suggest a seperate pick up point for click an collect so it cuts the waiting time down for those who have already ordered and know what they were wanting, would make your store a lot more streamlined. I have marked down 2 stars based on the poor customer service at the shops, but other wise the partds are good.

Paid for an item online, went to collect the part but wasn't in store until 3pm so cancelled the item, was told it would take 3 days for a refund, didn't receive this phoned again was told it would take 7 days waited again, didn't receive refund contacted customer services who apologised and offered a £5 gift voucher, refund took over 2 weeks not good enough and very frustrating speaking to various employees and being given inaccurate information.

Just as well I doubled check my part when I got into my car as I was giving the wrong part someone can’t read part numbers had to stand in the queue for another 20 minutes just as well I checked or I would of had another 60 minutes round trip not the first time I’ve had the wrong item given to me.

I used the number plate lookup to find a regulator for a BMW 116d. I ordered what i believed would be the correct product but twice this was incorrect. Too many options being presented to choose from and without taking the old one off you cannot know what you need. When I complained in store that I had driven there twice and came away with the wrong product, the response was I should come down to order it with their advice. This makes a mockery of the online lookup system. Really irritating to waste so much time! Not impressed.

The online parts selection is inaccurate, it happened a few times to order parts which was said will fit one car just to realise it does not. Some of the staff at the shop don’t have a clue about car parts, they’re there just to have a salary. Also, some parts are way too expensive, almost twice than another popular online parts shop. For example, a known brand of a 95A AGM battery can reach to £365, when other shops sell the same battery for £150. I’m very unhappy with what EuroCarParts became in the last couple of years.

I put my online order for home delivery. The normal was to get my order within 3-5 days but it took more than 10 days. I had to call them every morning, and wait for their empty promises that it will be delivered this afternoon, but I wasted my time waiting everyday with no benifit. some parts was damaged of its packing to suits the small box of the courier motorcycle Lastly parts delivered , I do not recommend delivery option at all with euro parts

I ordered 2 disks which the website said were compatible with my car. When I got them home one was as ordered the other was totally wrong. I then started to fit the correctly ordered part but unfortunately it wasn’t compatible and they had to be replaced - another day lost. Then a refund wasn’t possible. All in all really disappointing service
