Staff were pleasant enough but I ordered 2 indicator bulbs only 1 worked cost a couple quid each so couldn't be arsed going back also only 1 of my bulbs was out, so good job I bought 2 lol

Ordered on internet and collected parts..they were the wrong pads although I had used my registration.....turned into a nightmare....left car in bits and had to go to euro parts to get correct pads... so not great.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Experience I recently purchased a brush from your company and went to pick it up a few days ago. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The gentleman at the counter ignored me and took other customers who arrived after me, serving them first. Only when there were no other customers left to serve did he reluctantly attend to me. While the product itself met my expectations, the customer service experience did not. It felt like I was an afterthought, and this is not the level of service I expected from your company. Improving the attentiveness and responsiveness of your staff could significantly enhance the overall customer experience. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Picked up goods from click and collect. But unfortunately I thought it would be a quick pick up. 25 minutes waiting behind people who are ordering at the till. This was first thing. 8 am. Need a dedicated pick up desk. And more staff. Next time I go. I will take lunch

My order was delivered late, and only arrived a week after I had ordered, following a complaint to the customer service team. (All the items were in stock at the time of ordering). As a result I wasn't able to do the work I had planned for the weekend. To be fair this is the first time this has happened with Euro, but I'll think twice next time I need to order some parts.

Typed in car registration and received a shorter part with a square hole instead of the rounded hole. Old part was so damaged, I had to melt new plastic part around the hole to make it fit. I only got it from here because I thought I'd mess up the part getting it from ebay without reg. Nope, gave reg and you guys messed it up for me lol. Thank you.

I ordered my parts on 7 june with a 3-4 day free dilivery ,I had no further details so chated on 12 june only to be told i was on 5 day dilivery . chated again on 14 june at 10.00 and was told they would ring wearhouse to find out were order was and get back to me . chated again at 3.00 same day only to find out no reply from wearhouse would put me on escalation should get answer in 48 hrs at that stage i just gave up . but the parts did arrive on sat 15 june

Problems from beginning to end, to the extent the shop I tried to return the item I bought to told me even though I bought it online I had to return it to the shop I collected it from

This place is ok if you’re in a pinch. Unfortunately they seem to be more expensive than other popular businesses that supply car parts . Stock isn’t great, and sometimes find the system states it has a part that doesn’t fit your vehicle when the computer says it does .

I used the part finder for a new 12v battery for a BMW i3. I picked up the battery, but it didn’t fit. I had to go to a BMW dealer in the end - the official battery was actually cheaper.

I have used ECP and Car Parts 4 less for many years but recently I find I can't use them any more. My last order was for service items for my classic car, the website seemed to know what I needed so I placed the order. Spark plugs seemed a bit expensive but as the car needs 6 and it said "6 required" I assumed that must be correct but when the items came they only gave me 1 (very expensive) spark plug, total rip-off if you ask me, so I bought the other five somewhere else, with no issues. My last few CP4Less orders have all been wrong, so it seems to me you just can't trust either company and I won't be using them again.

Parts ordered and money accepted. Delivery was late by 3 days 8 days in total. The order was not complete. Took my car to the local garage for the service and MOT I pre booked. Had all the work done and only after that did the parts arrive to late and now useless for me.

Ordering process was great. I had free delivery but paid a pound extra for it.?? No notification of delivery so missed it turning up. Left a card to call local branch but got a call centre and was told it would be redelivered. Didn't turn up when advised so emailed to be told it had been passed to the local branch. Next day the delivery turned up with no notification luckily I was in. Why not send out a delivery notification? I feel like the site is for trade more than consumers that is why the deliveries just turn up durin* the day where a business would be open.

On Friday 7th June at about 5pm I went o Edmonton branch to collect a headlamp I had ordered online a return an incorrect but unused headlamp. I was accused of damaging it despite it not being damaged at all. We took it out of the box and examined it thoroughly and it was completely evident that there was nothing wrong with it. In a extremely unprofessional manner with an attitude for no reason, a refund was issued. No apology given. When the headlamp I ordered arrived the box had something that had spilled all over it which I had to clean out of my car. For that reason, I would not recommend.

Wanted a wiper blade put in reg number and make ofcar and sent completely the wrong one took it back to shop they said the money been refunded but it hasn't plus lost postage so completely out of pocket be care when ordering online

I visited your store today on behalf of a friend to pick up an item that had been ordered. My friend had already checked that the part was in for collection. So, simple enough you would think. Unfortunately, the initial staff member (bald male on right hand counter as looking from door) who was calling to the main queue for click and collect service was obnoxious, unhelpful and totally apathetic in his approach to customer service. I went to give him the registration number as had been quoted on the phone when my friend called ahead, only to be told it’s not a click and collect item. So rather than argue with this obnoxious individual I went back to the other queue. Fortunately, I was then greeted by a lovely young man who was courteous, friendly and helpful and retrieved the item for me. On checking the receipt, it duly had click & collect on it! So I do suggest that this individual understands the service that is on offer and furthermore shadows his colleague to learn the meaning of good customer service. I have been put off using your store again and have passed this feedback to friends in the motoring trade so they can decide whether to consider using this store or not. Such a pity isn’t it that one person can have such a negative impact.
