I put my online order for home delivery. The normal was to get my order within 3-5 days but it took more than 10 days. I had to call them every morning, and wait for their empty promises that it will be delivered this afternoon, but I wasted my time waiting everyday with no benifit. some parts was damaged of its packing to suits the small box of the courier motorcycle Lastly parts delivered , I do not recommend delivery option at all with euro parts

I ordered 2 disks which the website said were compatible with my car. When I got them home one was as ordered the other was totally wrong. I then started to fit the correctly ordered part but unfortunately it wasn’t compatible and they had to be replaced - another day lost. Then a refund wasn’t possible. All in all really disappointing service

Not organised at all... I have ordered online with collection from shop.... I have arrived there and I have to wait half an hour for my order to be ready Wich is ridiculous.... They should have it ready just to handle it to me and not keeping me there wasting my time... I have only problems with you.... When I ordered online with delivery has arrived with missing items and so on... Whatever not very good quality service... Thanks

Ordered an exhaust on-line and then took 5 days to tell me they didn't have one. However, they did immediately refund me, so not all bad.

Slow counter service for click and collect. Operative working to his best but needed further operative. Wipers I needed were shown as non stock but can be ordered. No online facility to order them. Phoned and was told that if I placed them in my trolley they would be ordered. Did that and they were removed from trolley when I paid and despite being told they would be available in a week, never heard another thing. Went to Motor Parts Direct and got them off the shelf.

Sent the wrong parts. Not the first time either. Prices have gone up massively over the last few years. I rarely get parts from here now.

The stuff keep suplying wrong parts, even with the cars registation number mistakes happening continuously.

I ordered online using my registration number and was given the part ordered however it did not fit. I ended up going elsewhere for the correct part.

The last item I purchased and was given to me had been previously opened and subsequently taped up. This is quite often the case with parts from ECP as they often supply the wrong part and it has to be changed. The item I purchased (Hose repair kit) said "10 pieces" on the box, but there were only 9 pieces in the box when it was supplied to me. I could not be bothered to reject it or complain at the time as there was already a delay in the branch getting it in when I really could have done with it when I ordered it the day before, and am just responding now that you've asked.

Only listed one option for my car but was the incorrect part. Ended up £300 out of pocket due to having the car stripped before noticing it was the wrong part. Correct part wasn't available. The return process however was super easy.

Ordering on the app is easy but when I went to collect at Cheadle no one wanted to serve me. I stood there like a Christmas card for 5 mins even though 3 staff members knew I was waiting. It was disgraceful to be honest. If I hadn't have already paid I would have walked out . Have used other branches in nelson and Blackburn where the service was very good.

I purchased a car battery for my daughters car, i paid for a premium battery for her but when she picked it up they gave her a cheaper version which was half the price of what I paid for. I called them the next day and was told someone would get back to me but never did!
