Placed order and was told my order would be delivered in two days so I informed my Mechanic who arranged to call on the Tuesday evening. Order was delivered on the Monday and no one was in to recieve. I arrive home at 4pm find the calling card and ring the branch. I am assured it will be delivered the following day and stay at home waiting for it. At 5pm the mechanic arrives and I call the depot but can only get through to the Cambridge outlet. I had to pay the mechanic and apologise for wasting his time. I get through to the Basildon outlet the following morning and after some time waiting my order was located and delivered within the hour. I was very disappointed with the service that I have received.

Advertised part I wanted, payed for it. Then couldn't supply the part. Yes I got money back but disappointed.

I ordered rear brake pipes, fitment stated banjo connection. So had them delivered. Wrong ones, no banjo fitment. Was told when I phoned, I would have to return them myself. Staff said description seems to be wrong. Not happy.

Ordered brake drums with integrated bearings and they didn’t come with bearings in them and then had to pay for the bearings aswell even though it said online they had bearings and the guy behind the counter also said they had bearing

Ordered service parts on the 18th July and they have not arrived it's still pending for delivery

Discount at checkout is a joke. There is no option / button to claim the discount. So you end up paying full price because you keep going in hope that the option will come up on the next page. Second time I’ve been caught out and will be the last. Won’t use again.

To expensive to use as a mobile mechanic. Can’t get a cash trade account. I’ll only use yous if I’m desperate or I go through my cousins garage for trade discounts with you.

Staff don't seem to have a clue! And when you get through to someone in their call centre they are all foreign and you can't understand a word....I've never had so much hassle trying to arrange to return a hire car! I only used these as the car was provided by my main dealer whilst my car was in the garage....I however would not want to use them again and definitely not if I was paying!

Pre ordered parts on line,went to local store to collect,I had to wait 45 minutes to get to counter and then had to go back I had chosen the correct parts and number on line,but member of staff gave me the incorrect parts

Prices are no longer competitive, delivery is slow and many basic parts not available - not the company they were. In fairness Customer Service try hard to push back the tide.

I went to return my item so drove to the shop all the computers were down so couldn’t return or chang item had to get it elsewhere and will have to return it again

Needed wiper blades for my car, entered the registration and picked the ones recommended to me. One was incorrect so had to waste time taking it back to a shop

very poor service at Bristol Filton, had ordered and paid and went to collect an item, long queue of people making new orders, only one guy at the counter, 2 drivers/staff outside chatting away, really disappointing, should have got the chatting staff outside to help out
