I was sent the wrong part (light bulb) even though th ewebsite correctly identified my car model. Very annoying especially given the very high postage costs.

Overpriced massive mark up on parts if you take time to search . Since Hayes branch been changed only ever 1 person serving always a queue even if you do click and collect as never anyone doing click and collect on counter

Bought a clutch cable fitted it made a horrible crunching sound and the worlds heaviest clutch took out immediately and had to get a new one.

simple review. order oil, was told the next day it was in, went to collect it wasn't there. promised the next day , went to collect again only three litres were there and i'd ordered four. this hasn't been my first experience of poor service from EC parts

Well were do I start , had 3 ac condensers and none of them correct 1 in box what should be in them yet all the same part number , doesn't even make sense how can wrong part be in my part box 3 times . Absolute terrible and such nightmare experience

Part was spot on but to slow for delivery took 6 days I should have collected it and they used royal mail awful service and they won't the parcel without a signature a pain having to wait in for item will not use delivery again

Very slow service, Order was meant to be in (spart plugs) turned up and only 1 was available. Waited around for over 30mins while they searched for the additional 3. Were un able to find so i couldn't complete the job required that day and had to come back 3 days later to collect.

The counter service is terrible never enough people serving but plenty of people walking about ignoring customers

Ordered the part online, went to pick it up and it was only one item - the website said "x2". I highlighted this to the team behind the counter, they agreed that their system said it was a two pack but concluded that the website didn't show that. The item elsewhere is around £8.99 for one, the Euro price was £21 for both - I'm happy to pay a few pound more for convinience but I wasn't going to pay over double for a single item. Pretty sure this is an error - not bad pricing. Either way, I declined the item and as I had paid online I was told I would get my money back in 14 Days - still waiting to see if thats true, I gave two stars based on this experience but have had OK ones too.

I used the website to check stock availability at the Durham store and plenty of stock, went to the branch to be told we don't have the item in stock so went away checked again, clicked and paid for the item and returned to the branch to collect, This is the first time it's happened, Pathetic to be honest

Online process failed to send email confirmation of order and text message when it was ready to collect. I waited 5 days and called the store as no contact details for central call centre. Only web live chat available and service was awful on there.

The website is inaccurate. Parts showing as suitable for my car were not suitable. This wasted a lot of repair time.

Order parts on line using vehicle reg, wrong caliper arrived, counter staff said there are 2 version correct one out of stock with no delivery date, got a new one from Jeepey.com for only £50 more delivered next day

Have used in past without issues, however bad experience this time. Placed order on a Thursday morning, items stated in stock, deliver 3-4 days. (Item being 2 x brake diacs). I get to the following Wednesday, check the order status, and it still says "placed", contacted ECP, and was told that item wasn't in stock, and refund would be processed. Got email few mins after saying a refund had been ori messed, for 1 out of the 2 discs. Therefore had to contact again to them get sorted. Spent 45+ mins in virtual chat, plus 20 mins on phone, to finally sort everything out.

Ordered some spark plugs and apparently the order didn’t go through. Even though a payment was taken . I ordered for next day delivery and when I sent a query it took a few days to respond.

I ordered a new clutch online.I had entered my registration number and it duly brought up my car with the respective clutch which would supposedly fit. It arrived very quickly with free delivery.My mechanic removed the old clutch but could not get the new clutch to fit whatsoever.I phoned the telephone number on the receipt which was supposedly the branch where it had been despatched from to be connected to some far flung office, the man couldn't have cared less.I had to ask to be put through to the local branch where it had been sent from,"the line is engaged" can I wait please to be put through I requested.When I eventually spoke to a man there he was quite helpful when I explained the situation.He told us to take the clutch back there and we would get refunded.We did this the next day.On arrival with it with the receipt and original packaging my partner was asked by the assistant "What was he supposed to do with it?".He eventually agreed to refund us, as was right. I had to order another clutch from a different supplier which was totally different to the one that was on your website for my car. To sum up,your website needs looking at and amending. I had to rely on lifts to work(there is no regular bus service) and pay the mechanic an extra days work through no fault of my own.I will never use Euro parts again or recommend them.
