Ordering for click-and-collect was easy and the price was fair but when I arrived to collect my item the queue went out of the door. Only one member of staff was serving and although several others wandered past and others were in the office chatting, none had the initiative to serve the customers.

I ordered on April 25. 6 working days later, after having no tracking details past the order, I spoke to someone by text, who informed me that the item was out of stock and apologised. I was told that they would chase it up for me. It has been a few days since, and I've still heard nothing.

Excellent. EXCEPT why order online to then have to queue with everyone who hasnt ordered online to process the order. such a waste of everyones time.

Very indifferent experience. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly. The supposed click and collect order I had placed more than 24 hrs earlier hadn't even been picked. Worlds apart from collecting an order from shops such as Screwfix or Toolstation

Go a 5lt shell helix what I didn't realise after the old engine oil was drained that the seal on the cap had already been undone, hopefully it was the oil I paid for

After recieving confirmation that my order was ready to collect, when I got there they did not have all the items. I had to get a refund and buy the items from somewhere else. This was a waste of time for me, not to mention the fuel cost to go there!

If there’s a problem trying to get through to the branch is a nightmare you get passed round the country branch after branch most staff couldn’t give a #*$% about the problem and are rude and just hang up and are complete €%#$s luckily there are still some good people who care and go out of there way to resolve the issue

Continually let down by ECP. Been buying from them for the best part of a decade and in the past couple of years they've gone downhill. Lots of errors with orders, inexperienced staff on the counter and not the great value it used to be. Most recent order I went to collect at the time on the email to be told that half the order wasn't ready and they don't know why I'd been told to collect. Went back the following day and collected. Turned out that one of the two supposedly identical parts is been given was incorrect. Had to make a third visit and was told they didn't have any more in stock. So after 5 days and nearly 100 miles of driving I still didn't have the parts I needed. In the end Amazon delivered the correct part to my door first time within 12 hours of ordering.

Auto parts and they said it would be ready for pick up from 4:30 when I arrived after making the half an hour journey to collect the parts I was told that they wouldn’t be ready until the next day which was a massive inconvenience as it meant my car was unusable for the weekend

I have been a customer for many years, however I wasn’t pleased with the last purchase, when I opened the item I was used, so I had to take back and they ordered a new one

Arrived to get part at pre arranged time, and was informed they didn’t have enough drivers and the part won’t be available until the following lunchtime. This cost me time and unnecessary travel. I recognise the individuals working there have little control over this, they appeared short staffed and stressed. Perhaps to improve this, the upper management could give the store enough staff to do the job they promised to or at least call people to rearrange collection. Following day the wait for the part was long and again too few staff leaving the remaining looking stressed and overworked(and probably underpaid) take a flask and some food with you, you’ll be there a while!

Well I always thought this company could be reliable but unfortunately on this occasion that hasn’t happened I ordered my pads and discs over 2 weeks ago the pads arrived a week later I’m still waiting for my discs and have had to reschedule the fitting when they finally get here or not ? I have messaged but no response back crazy set up not a happy customer

Website doesn't work properly, sometimes they provide wrong parts. On the app searching for something and they show you anything but what you typed in the search bar. Totally disappointed
