Having recieved the wrong wiper blade even though i had given you the make, model and registration number of the car we were sent a Ford rear wiper balde rather than Suzuki one which is states on my order. Unfortuneatly we were leaving for holiday on the same day so i contacted your help desk and we have 90 days to return the wrong one so i will swap it on my return from holiday at the local depot to make sure i get the correct one.

Bought Disklok. Box looked a little damaged in store but thought nothing of it until I got home and opened it. Disklok looked like it had been run over by a 40 tonne truck (honestly) and had no keys. Clearly a return that had somehow made its way to me. Took it back next morning, manager was very apologetic but did not have replacement. Had to go back next day to collect new one. Finished up going to store three times. No offer of compensation or good will gesture. Disappointed.

The staff that are there are very good! However there simply isn’t enough of them, very short staffed with only one on the counter. The shop was full and had wait outside in the rain. The whole operation seems to run on a shoe string. Why there isn’t an express lane for those who are collecting only i don’t know. One customer can take up a serving staff member for upto 10 minutes trying to get the bits they want. Those of us who have ordered have to wait. Really poor system. The staff do well. But why only one serving is beyond me. Eurocar parts is now my last port of call i’m afraid

Received a used product. Not happy what so ever. It was still wet. I will definitely be returning this

Wrong parts supplied, mistakes happen i understand but being a self employed driving instructor and having to take time out of work to have work done on the car costs me money so to be supplied the wrong parts meant I needed to book more time off work to get the work completed, so not only is it an annoyance that I can deal with, it also cost me £80 in lost income. Staff were helpful in store, am waiting for a refund still but it’s only been 3 days since returning wrong parts.

Delivery took 6 days to arrive. Really think they should use better courier.

Pictures of air hose fittings, and compatibility descriptions, need to be better as there are 2 popular types in use, and they are incompatible!

The order was made using the reg number . All parts been ok apart of the wipers. They handled a set of Bosh for Vauxhall instead of Skoda and i didn't realize until was looking to change the them.

Ordered online and went in to collect a battery. Only one person serving and a queue of four people in front of me. Took way longer than necessary.

I tried to use a local shop although part of a large group and was told that my required item was not a stock item so would have to be ordered online, which I did and was then told that you could not get it from the supplier. What a total waste of time. I try to avoid always using Amazon which is not helping local retailers and this is what I am rewarded with.

I ordered on line and chose delivery option but it took 5 days to arrive if I new it was going to be so long I would have collected instead therfore if I order again I will not chose the delivery option

Ordered to collect on line, only 1 person serving a large queue, many who had not pre ordered and some not even sure what they wanted. 25 minute wait, not good.

bought a battery for wifes motor, 3 weeks later engine faults due to low voltage, faulty battery. went to swap it, got it home, completely flat. had to swap that. cos it's all after work, car was off the road for 3 days + a £65 bill from the garage for 2 lots of diagnostics. mentioned all this to guy on the counter, didn'y blink.

Gave Reg details and make of car but the part supplied was still wrong didn’t find out till mechanic had stripped it out. Then had to get another part from a main dealer

The service was easy to use and very quick. Product arrived next day. Unfortunately, the wrong item was sent. I ordered two wheel bolts and put in the required spec according to my car registration. There was no indication that the bolts came in more than one size and when I took them to be fitted they were too big. Fortunately teh garage I took them to found two bolts of the right size and swapped them for mine so all was well. Not sure how this could have been avoided because I gave all the information that the online form asked for.

This store is ALWAYS understaffed, 2 people serving, waited 30 minutes for a part, got home and something was missing from it! Infuriating. Won't use the collection service again
