Ordered a tool, had confirmation of my order. I have been waiting for over a week and have yet to receive my order then I am asked to do a review of my order which I have not received. Was then told that my payment hadn’t gone through. Not helpful as the money has still been withheld from my account. Would have been nice to know straight away that there was an issue not just a confirmation

Order a number of items over easter, the items showed in stock and delivery was an option, the order was not processed for 3 days and then got told an item was out of stock, that was a bit annoying as other online shops also had the same deal and they also had the item in stock.. Its shocking in the world of AI and eCommerce tools been able to show real time stock levels, someone like Euros, a hugh corporation should be able to do real time stock levels

Supplied 2 wipers for 2016 mini reciept says correct sizes but the boxes were labeled incorrectly. Had to return to the branch and then got told there was no correct stock. The que system in Wembley was crazy as well, no one knew who was next and people jumped the que.

Despite doing the number plate check for compatibility (for a windscreen washer pump), the pump that was delivered had a different electrical connection configuration to the one it was to replace.

The item (battery) finally arrived six days after my order. I paid for ‘next day’ delivery and was advised the item was out for delivery on the expected day. It was not delivered, disappeared from tracking and arrived five days later? No update, no apology, not good enough!

The mini rear brake shoes cam ei a box that had been opened previously with the hologram seal broken.

Poor packageing meant that the products were verty battered when they arrived, not a lot of care taken sorry!

Ordering the part was easy enough, but the Customer Service on collection was appalling. I ordered a car battery on click and collect and on going to leave found I was barely able to pick it up to carry it, was so heavy. The male staff member behind the desk advised laughing that he was glad someone else in the warehouse had picked it and he didn't have to as they weigh a ton and his chest was bad. Then offered to hold the door for me on way out. I reach my car and I was struggling so much with it I couldn't even bend to put it down, could hold it with one hand to get my car keys or open my car door. The car park was empty and dark (as the clocks had not yet gone forward at this point) and I was just stood there in the rain and luckily another customer drove in in his van. I had to approach this man and ask him for help and he very kindly took the battery off me and put it in the car for me once I'd been able to open the boot.

Only one person on the counter and take so long to serve there’s a long wait even when it’s click and collect. The longer the queue the longer the wait. It’s always the same. I only use you as a last resort.

Used to be great prices but now there is hardly any savings codes, things are quite a bit more expensive so a lot of products are not worth buying from euro anymore.

While the part was fine the 45 minute wait was not. The woman in the back office didn’t want to help the guy with the queue as she was finishing in 20 minutes. The one guy serving was dealing with a customer buying several batteries that were not pre ordered. You have some great staff but they are often put upon and let down by lazy colleagues.

Ordered rear coil springs, yet I received front coil springs. Now I have to take time out of my day to return and get a refund, before ordering the correct part from somewhere else and getting it delivered. Just an unnecessary hassle.

Ordering the part I needed was easy and no issue collecting. The only reason I am giving a low review is because the girl on front of house was very unprofessional and doesn’t present a good impression for the business. Her nails were so long she can barely use a keyboard, her attitude and face gave off the impression that you were a major inconvenience and that she didn’t want to be there. At one point she even swore out loud when she inputted something incorrectly on the computer. I was also left waiting ages for the part I needed whilst I could see staff standing around chatting in the back. This was at about 16:45. Bang on 17:00 a bunch of them walked out and left but they had just wasted quite some time chatting and left me waiting with the girl with the bad attitude in reception. I would recommend Europarts to a friend but would suggest using the other Norwich site not the Hall Rd one.

Ordered online, collected in store. Collection process was OK, apart from the headlight bulbs which I were handed had tape holding the box together - I didn't think anything of this at the time, just assuming the box may have a damaged clip. Upon attempting to fit the bulbs a day or two later I noticed that the bulbs weren't properly sat in the box and BOTH (2-pack) bulbs had a broken filament and were of no use. Upon returning, I had to fill out a returns form for something that was faulty upon collection. Either they had been dropped and damaged, or someone else may have returned these and they had been re-sold without being properly checked.

Got given the wrong size parts from what I ordered. Didn't realise til I went to put them on my van. Cost me a long journey across town and back because someone else canny read. I trusted they'd be right when I collected them or I would've double checked.

I needed power steering fluid I ordered online to be picked up, I thought it would be quicker. Well 25 minutes waiting in a queue while 1 guy disappeared and the other was having a conversation about everything but the part,left me and the 2 customers in front of me less than impressed.

I have been buying car parts from Euro Car Parts for quite some time and always found them competitive with good quality. Recently I bought parts online and when I made the payment the website froze/crashed. I received the email saying that the payment didn’t go through and I checked the bank account to find out the money has been taken out. I didn’t receive the money back but received the items I tried to purchase instead. Quite surprised.

The system for ordering parts is great. But when it comes to collection, it’s a complete disaster. The queues and waiting time need to addressed. You have a big number of employees on the premises, but no consideration for the customers waiting.
