The parts are always good quality, but collection at the Stockton branch is always awful. Last three times I have been in to collect something there is only ever one person on the counter and at least a queue of five people. To collect this item I was waiting 30 minutes to get to the front of the queue and even in that time two people left as it was taking two long. There are two terminals at this branch so I don’t know why there can’t be two staff members at collection points. I have been at different times of the day as well and this makes no difference. Will have to pay for delivery in the future as collection is just ridiculous

Very bad customer services waited for 30 minutes got the order and I had 1 item missing waste of time I will not go there again, only online.

Parts were fine and good price, just again the Coventry store are ridiculously slow, you are constantly in a queue for 30 mins every time which most circumstances you queue out the door, even when click and collecting. Doesn’t help that there’s about 8 spots max and it’s taken up by euro car part vans, therefore if you don’t secure a spot you get a fine for parking on road or on neighbouring units. Very frustrating to be honest and I wrote the exact same thing in my last review, no change at all. You should make time slots to pick parts up therefore speeds it up massively and parts are picked on the times.

I put my reg in on the website and it brought up wiper blades suitable for my vehicle. Unfortunately the rear wiper was 2” too long and had the wrong connector. I also bought the cheap front wiper blades to replace the same set I bought 18 months ago. The manufacturer has changed the universal connector and it’s a poor fitting and too flimsy to keep the wiper blade attached to the arm also the N/S blade constantly judders. Absolute waste of money.

My order was supposed to be ready for collection the same day (Friday) after 4pm, I called beforehand to make sure it’s ready as it was short notice. I called around 2:30pm, was told it is not ready yet but will be ready by after 4pm and I can come to pick it up. When I arrive after waiting in the queue for 30min I was told one part of my order is in another depo and that I should come back next day. Next day (Saturday) I called again to make sure it’s ready this time, as the shop is 20min drive one way I didn’t want to waste any more of my time. I was again told it’s ready for collection and I’m welcomed to pick it up. Surprise surprise - it wasn’t, another hour of my time wasted. Mind you I decided to order from your store because of same day collection which was supposed to by Friday, I was only able to pick it up on Monday causing me to postpone my garage appointment. I wouldn’t mind waiting a bit longer, it’s assuring me that the order is ready to collect when it’s not true that got me angry. Please work on it for the future.

The part I ordered had missing components in the package so couldn’t use them t. Phoned to get a replacement as had to be ordered but when I went to exchange it the part had not been ordered to the store so wasted journey

The website, delivery to the store and collection were satisfactory and as expected. BYut the level of customer service demonstrated by the store manager and his senior team was appalling. They were sat in the main office area while one valiant young trainee handled a long queue of customers. The service I received from the trainee was outstanding. It's a shame the senior team abandoned their showroom customers so easily, as it implicitly suggests they don't care how many cash customers visit the store and it's only the account customer's deliveries they see as valuable. Whereas if you visit either Toolstation or Screwfix the level of customer service you receive is always pretty good. Maybe the Aylesbury Euro car parts team need to visit these outlets which are only a short distance away and shake up their customer service processes. As somebody who coaches improvements to ways of working and removing waste from processes/ I'd be very happy to discuss improvement with the store manager. There's plenty of room for improvement.

Aberdeen branch is always a nightmare, waiting for ages, always doom and gloom and issues with orders, my partner has stopped going to pick up stuff due to the wait. Why can’t they have an area that is dedicated to online orders so when you go in its all there waiting? to be told after 5 days when you pick items up that there isn’t any in stock is a shambles, when asked why can’t you get from head office to fulfil order told its local stock it comes from and it doesn’t do local stock or some nonsense. Will be doing delivery from now on if I decide to use Euro Car Parts again....

I ordered a thermostat however it had already been opened by someone else as the security seal had been cut and the inside bag had been teared open. I will likely still use it as it does look unused however it seems stupid to send something out with a security seal which has blatantly been cut.

Has to visit the store 3 times to finally get my order. Someone either took my product or sold it on without checking that it's been reserved. The staff at the store could only apologise, when I was told it would arrive the next day in the morning it did not. Not a good service at all very disappointed.

Counter under staffed as every time I’ve been. Despite ordering click & collect my wait was over 20mins. I must say the young man serving was very helpful & was doing his absolute best but he clearly needed assistance.

Ordered a rear wiper blade for 2014 Astra collected the item only to find the wrong wiper was in the box had to return the item and collect the correct one which meant two journeys to the shop .

Friendly and helpful service at Waleswood. Found the website has changed slightly and the ‘search’ was difficult to find. I’ve used the telephone number before but couldn’t speak with anyone directly at Waleswood so travelled down to the shop in the hope that they had what I needed. Unfortunately they didn’t and I had to order it. I could have done without a 40 minute journey there and back when the telephone could have done the job. When I did get the part I wanted 2 but there was only 1 and I had to wait again with my car off the road during this time. They’ve been very good before but on this occasion the job took too long and inconvenienced me too much for me to state any other.

Service in the Aberdeen branch is worse than dreadful. Usually one person on the counter and probably the slowest i have seen. Last twice I have been in customers behind me gave up and walked out. Only reason I have given 2 stars is the products are okay and priced reasonably, have started using Autosave now though.

Ordered online, went to pick up but had to wait 20 mins for a passing customer to order as only one person serving Got served then had to wait 10 mins for the order to be picked and sorted out, for me an online order should be ready to just pick up

Ordered a Holts Valve Grinding Kit online. When I collected it I noticed it contained two containers of coarse grinding paste instead of one coarse and one fine. Fortunately, I noticed as I was leaving the site and was able to swap it. I wouldm't have been pleased if I had walked all the way home before I noticed the error

Not that happy as last week did not get tge normal high quality of custoner service. My order was over£100 so qhalifed for free deliery but i was charged fot plus i wanted to get a scratch removal kit. Website said i could orser it but would nit process it. Custoner services initially werw quick in acknowledging problem this was last friday. Ti day they have cone back asking me to repeate the problem. Not a happy bunny
