Ordered a alternator went to pick it up inspected it lugs were in the wrong they ordered another 1 which they said should right that was just the same as the 1st 1 got a refund and bought 1 elsewhere its fitted and working fine

Placed order for items online. walked to collect and items appeared to requirements. When parts were ready to bne fitted found to be USED parts. Phoned and reported so store arranged for deliovery of new parts which were superb. There are some suspect folks around but good to know that store prepared to go the extra mile for customer.

Despite putting the reg in and checking the correct model of car came up, brake pads were the wrong size. It’s happened before with another vehicle

Placed order paid for next day delivery (Wednesday) phoned Wednesday evening. 4.54 told was assigned to van nothing arrived called Thursday am again assured was arriving Thursday guess what didn't then randomly arrived Friday 🙃

Ordered online and collected from local store. When upacked though found was damaged and had to return. I've suffered exactly the same thing before when a pair of wiper blades was delivered bent and ruined. Looked as though box had been taped up before despatch. This should not happen. Poor care of stock. Is this common with Euro?

Order said collect after 3 pm. I went at 4 pm item was not there the guy said I should have email telling me when to collect, nothing on my order telling me that. I waited 3 days, still no email so I went and it was there. Very poor customer experience as I drove total of 40 miles to get this part and petrol cost more than delivery charge

Not impressed. After checking the website and noting that the part I needed was only available from the Fareham branch, I drove from Southampton to be told it was not available. The chap behind the counter was not overly helpful and stated that the availability meant that "the company had one". I ordered the part online over the weekend and collected from Southampton on the Monday which really left me short on time.

I need a batery for my Kia seed1 checked your web site and was shown a selection of them suitable for my specifc reg no so I ordered and paid for one. When I collected the battery I found that it did not fit my car so I returned it, the guy in the shop checked his computer and told me that thy no longer stocked a battery for my model. I questioned this and said what about the 13 options I had found on the web site and he said that they suitable but they might not fit. I do not understand how a replacment for a specifc model can be suitable and then not fit, I would be hard pushed to use EURO Parts again especialy as in my area the GFS store is literaly 3 doors down the road

I am happy with my order. I had ordered online and went into the shop to pick it up, there was (as usual) only one person serving and two people in front of me, it took between 15-20 minutes to pick up my order. Why don’t you put more people on the counter?

AS I HAVE MENTIONED IN THE PAST, I FIND IT MOST FRUSTRATING WHEN I COMPLETE A CLICK AND COLLECT I STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN THE Q IN THE SHOP BEHIND PEOPLE WHO ARE STILL LOOKING FOR A PART THEY MIGHT BUY IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT OR PEOPLE WANTING TO RETURN WRONG PARTS AND WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT PARTS ARE AND WHAT PRICE THEY ARE. I APPRECIATE THESE PEOPLE REQUIRE ATTENTION (I SOMETIMES AM ONE OF THEM). WHY CANT YOU HAVE A COUNTER THAT ONLY DEALS WITH CLICK AND COLLECT, SO AS THE ACTUAL PROCEDURE MATCHES THE DESCRIPTION. IT WOULD STOP FRUSTRATED Q'S I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE STAFF, THEY ARE GOOD. ITS WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN ORGANISED TO DO I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT. )

Battery - stated on your website fitted for my ford focus. The car worked but couldn't fit the metal bar across to secure the battery properly into place. Took to a mechanic told me it is not the correct battery for the car they forced it into place correctly for me and forcing the metal strap on.

purchased a wing mirror for my ford kuga. took it to my mechanic and the casing that they provided did not fit on the wing mirror that i bought. luckily I had my old caseing and the mechanic was able to put this on instead

There was a part missing from my order. My mechanic told me when I took it to him, as I collected it I imagine I wont be given the part or refunded as I didnt know what I was collecting, but a pair of brake pads were missing.

Purchased 2 interior bulbs. 1 works, 1 doesn't. Unfortunately they weren't packaged with any protection and presumably the faulty one got damaged when dropped through our letter box on to the floor. Bulbs were loose in a thin clear plastic bag. Disappointing.
