Normally, this would be a good review, I've always had good dealings in the past . However, this time, not so good. Needed brake pads for our car - 2008 Honda Civic - assumed this would be a routine request - as normal, drove to your shop in carlisle. I was about to give details of the car, but I was told, not to bother with all that business, just the reg no is required. After giving the number, I was surprised to hear, that you don't do any brake pads for that car. A little dissappointed, I left thinking, it was just another one of those things you have to deal with if you run a 15yr old car. Set about looking for another source for the parts on t'internet. They were all out of area or needed to be delivered - I had the car in bits and would have preferred to just go and pick them up, somewhere local. Anyway, before I did that, I thought I'd just check your on-line shop - lo and behold, you had several versions of the brake pads, I needed, in stock and in your Carlisle shop. Anyway, I ordered a medium quality (priced) set on a 'click and collect' basis and headed back to Carlisle depot, walked in your shop and within a few seconds, I was heading home with the parts, I needed. A wasted trip and half a gallon of petrol poorer, I fitted the brake pads, which were, as usual, exactly what was needed and fitted perfectly. Moral of the story - if I were you, I would try to make sure all your staff, are willing to put a little bit of effort into finding the correct parts - or don't bother, it's up to you!

Bought a Valeo Silencio wiper blade from Euro Carparts Voyager Park Portsmouth. When I got it home I discovered the package had been previously opened and the item was out of its plastic sleeve and was damaged- the rubber blade was partly pulled out of its backing. Needing the wiper and not wanting to waste another hour in rush hour traffic I eventually managed to feed the rubber back into the blade. But it should not have been sold in this condition. I will always scrutinise purchases now before I leave the shop.

Getting too expensive. Can find identical items cheaper elsewhere on the Internet.

Good parts and prices but awfully slow checkouts. Had to abandon my plan to buy because the queue didn't move.

I purchased the Top Tech 1800W Pressure Washer 120 Bar to replace a Karcher 100bar washer, despite supposedly being more powerful has a lot less power I guess it might be just about ok for cleaning a car but it is not powerful enough to clean a patio or green mould from brickwork, I immediately contacted my local branch to explain I was unhappy with the washer, but I was told because I have used it I cannot get a refund

Have ordered before and had no problems getting parts until this time . Order only part picked. Two lads who didn’t have a clue on what they were doing. Another member had to come out of the office to bail them out .

I purchased parts online. Entered registration number and even then the rear brake discs were wrong. The car was on the ramp. I had to rush back to store and then bad news the right one were out of stock. Any how managed somewhere else. Not a good experience.

After making an order online which was acknowledged to pickup, I proceeded to Reading Cardiff Road depot, no other customers were in shop but I still had to wait nearly 10 minutes before someone appeared to process my order . . . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

You supplied the wrong part on an alleged special offer £24.80 then charged £56.69 for the part that actually fit they were even the same supplier. So two journeys and including the exceptionally long wait at the counter (not the fault of the person serving) It cost me half a day. Then only 55mins to replace the pads. You need more than one member of staff on at a time when I left there was 7people behind me. So all told one set of brake pads cost me about £400 Thanks for that!!

I wouldn't of bothered with your online service if I knew you used Evri. Ordered on the 3rd, didn't receive until the 9th. Impossible to speak to a real person at Evri or find out where my parts were. Why do you use Evri when you have a whole fleet of delivery vans ?

Got the part i needed no problem BUT when I went to pick it up there was a large queue with only 1 person serving and his attitude was terrible. If he had spoken to me the way he spoke to two other customers he would of soon changed his ways. Manager, you need to sort out the staff.

No issue with the actual parts received but the service was literally awful. Very long wait and served by a female colleague who 100% did not want to be in work that day and I heard her say to another worker “ I’m doing everything as slowly as possible today”. All I was doing was collecting parts pre ordered but it was incredibly laborious. I’m assuming you don’t want customers in your premises ? If I do use Euros again I will use the delivery option to avoid having to go into a branch but the reality is I think I will just shop elsewhere.

Purchased a care care kit only to find wrong items in box. Had to make a 30 minute journey there and back to exchange. Not happy.

I have only given two stars because of the very poor delivery service. Three to four days was stated at the time of order, but in practice it was ten days - and it was not the fault of the courier.

Ordered part for delivery bought the express delivery, had an email saying it will arrive before noon. I got out of work at 3 part wasn’t delivered then went to the store at 4 and the part was still on the shelve and wasn’t out on the van.

The service is very slow and the click and collect isn't any quicker. The parts should be picked and ready for collection on arrival, instead you have to queue in line with inshop customers, then wait for them to be given their parts before the (already paid) online order is picked. I have had some very long waits when the shop is busy and witnessed some very angry & frustrated people because of the long wait times.
