allthought the registration was enterered and the model identified the rear wiper was not suitable for my model. the front wipers had a different fitting to the existing. Overall I have wasted my money.

After a failed delivery on Day 1 (The card pushed through the door had no contact details or an indication of when another attempt was to be made) I needed to get in touch with online customer service to rearrange delivery which was eventually achieved on Day 4. In summary the ease of ordering, quality of goods and online customer service are as good as gold. Quality of delivery service, on this occassion, was poor.

Only one person serving, though no fault of his, the wait to pay for one item was 40 minutes. This is not exceptional service !!!!!! .

I made an order when it the spare parts is available and I paid by online, but when I went to collect the parts it was not available It’s very disappointed.

Very slow service.Pleasant staff but didn't seem to know what they were doing.2 staff for a shop full not enough.Waited over 40 mins for an order!!

Ordered Saturday late morning, was told on the order delivery would be 3 to 4 days, so had it sent to my work address (which is closed weekends). Super efficient, you tried to deliver 90 minutes after I placed the order! - if I had known that I would have had it sent to my house where I was, not my work address which was closed!!! Spend the next week and a bit trying in vain to get it delivered, multiple phone calls, piller to post, nobody taking charge of the issue, all useless. Ended up just going to Catford branch to pick it up in the end.

The person on the desk did not know what a wheel stud was and could not find it on the system even using the range of suggestions I gave so left empty-handed. I went online and found it straight away using 'wheel stud' as the search query so I ordered click-and-collect and went to collect later than the time stated (3:30) to be told it would be in the next morning. Not sure I would use them if they were not so close to where I work.

The Brembo brake pads that were listed for my cars registration number did not fit. However, I was able to return them no trouble.

I ordered car brake pads and received an item with the box already opened and the seal broken. When I asked for a replacement, there were no similar items in stock. The gentleman assisting me attempted to sell me a higher-priced replacement and insisted that this product is supposed to come like this, which I believe is incorrect.

My registration that I put in came up with the correct car and reg . But the two wings I ordered were not correct for the year . Also the break pads did not fit

Parts were fine service wasn’t great all parts not given to me at time of collection resulting in having to return. Lost time lost money

The first item was not new and was in fact damaged beyond use. The staff were happy to replace the item however I had to wait 4 days for the replacement part the 'new'part was delivered in a damaged and opened box. On fitting the part it was unserviceable on fit. I reversed to deal with them again and secured a new part online at a different location. The in-store staff were friendly and helpful, however the products they supplied did not match this.

Wiper blades delivered but twin pack was open and only one blade inside! It then took one phone call and two trips to store to get an exchange.

Two stars because the parts were correct once I got them, but bad service. The parts weren’t delivered to the shop on time. They said collect Monday, I arrived and they said come back Tuesday, not great and caused me some bother.

ordered with next day, it arrived 3 days late which caused me some hassle. euros said it was evris fault but i dont care. euros didnt offer anything to make the situation better (compensation) which is poor. Im a euros customer not evris, if it was evris fault euros can just give me compo then claim it back off evri but they obvs cba. I shouldve just went to one of their physical stores instead. poo tier experience this time round

I purchased a set of four 14" hub caps from Euro Car Parts. Ordering and delivery was fine and I have no issues with ECP's customer service. However, when I went to fit the caps one cracked while pressing it onto the wheel. This was a replacement for an identical product where every hub cap has previously cracked during normal use on my partners car and no she does not drive bouncing of kerbs. Examination of the crack indicates very poor moulding and materials with no discernable fibre reinforcement. The product is clearly not fit for purpose. Conversely ECP made no quible about refunding the returned product. If I were ECP's buyer I would be asking some hard questions of their supplier, not least because the cost of returns has got to be eating ECP's profits.

Half of the parts were incorrect. Not really worth the hassle of a return. Go to your local parts store instead way more knowledgeable

Only one lady serving on till . She’s so busy. 6 people on wating .some people left behind me .Take to collect my order 20 minutes. Very poor experience 😪😪

They need more store staff. It took about 45 mins to collect online orders. The queue was out of the door. 3 people left without purchasing so they are losing business by just having one person on the collection desk.
