It sounds like perhaps there are some technical issues we could help sort out so you and your mother are able to view the files more easily. “Considering that the service was quite expensive, I was surprised it was not done with more personalized effort. For instance, audio recordings that were ~2x natural speed were provided to me without any adjustment. Since the "as is" transfer to digital can be done with very little human intervention, $50 to digitize each reel of audiotape does not feel like a great value.”

“Very professional and knowledgeable representatives managed both my initial order and my follow-up order for more copies of a transfer of family films to DVD format. The copies were ready when promised and were much appreciated by family members who received the copies and me. My only disappointment was that the initial representative didn't fully explain the cost of my returning later for more copies of the DVD if it turned out I wanted more than the two copies in the initial run. As it turned out, I came back with a request for five more DVDs expecting to pay only $4 for each copy but wound up with a cost closer to $20 a copy. I was happy with the service, though, and would return and recommend the service to others, but I will be sure to confirm all costs in advance.”
