“Staff was pleasant and professional; however, the estimate given for time and expense were far from reality. The original estimate for my project was $1,500; final cost was over $2,400. We were promised final delivery in 1 - 2 additional weeks; in reality is was another month. To be fair, Everpresent sent a note asking whether we wanted to proceed once they realized the original estimate wouldn't hold. But by then, we had already paid $700 and had lost several weeks.”

“I was happy with the quality of VHS to CD conversion. So, I returned with a few negatives, they took quite a long time for scanning the negatives (< 15). I am fine with that, but the quality of the scans is very disappointing. I agree my negatives are not in excellent condition, but they are not in pretty bad shape, even the basic software like Epson's digitial ICE can give a much better output. The communication is also poor, if they have any tools available for quality enhancement I would like to know about those, but I never heard about my options here, I tried to check about this but they weren't very enthusiastic about it. I choose Ever present only because I thought they have better tools, but it turned out to be not the case. My Epson V660 perfection has better quality output.”

“Everyone was very nice and kept me informed of the progress with the film. The original price quote online was not accurate and it ended up being double the original quote. I think this could be improved upon. Also the quality of what was received back was a little disappointing. Ended up sending it somewhere else that did a better job.”

“The reps were so pleasant to speak with anytime. Their responses to my emails were always clear. What they did for me was superb. I had 25 tapes from my old big and small camcorder and they copied all to USB beautifully. I am so grateful that they preserved all 30 plus years of our family we don’t want to forget. Some are no longer with us but watching the “shows” make it feel like they are still with us. I am forever grateful. It was a bday gift for my 38 year old son. His son can watch all in time and see how adorable all was plus see the family I dearly loved. EverPresent is the best all around. Can’t say enough about them. Fantastic group. Ann Marie Montello”

“They were very professional and made process of getting materials to them easy- my only concern was the audio reel to reel I brought them was put on a thumb drive and you can not hear a thing. I figured if they couldn’t get even a low quality recording they would have told me and just returned it to me and not charged me for something I can’t hear.”

Hello Christina, When transferring old media, the digitizing only comes out as good as the original material. You did receive a Quality Letter with your order that mentions that the original old reel to reel recording was of very low quality. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to preview or screen content - we do have to do the work to hear the results. We are glad that your other film reels came out well! “Young lady who worked on my project was very helpful and kept me up to date. We did have problem because some of the slides were of a different size so the cost of the project did increase. To bad I did not know this when I submitted the project. Overall I was satisfied with the work”

“I had a good amount of old 8mm and super 8mm film reels to convert to digital and tried quite a few times to do it myself. I had poor results and spent way too much time researching the ways go do this at home. Forget it! The results from Everpresent were beyond stella. Couldn’t be happier.”

“The first order worked out great. My second order I wasn't sure about the content of the video tape. I was told someone would call me to make sure it is what I thought, but it turned out to be old cartoons that I paid a lot of money to digitize.”
