“Great transfer, and left things as raw audio. Could've used a bit of extra inspection, as they confused some in piece pauses for track breaks. A suggestion for raw audio from LP or cassette: whole side rips. (Or if they do that on request, I will make that next time.)”

“Loved the work you did for me. I came from a family of 14. Once a year, my Dad would bring out the slide projector and we would watch family slide show. I have all those slides and would love to create a DVD of those slides.”

“I had 9 of my Hi 8mm tapes transferred to USB Drive.. I love it! so Happy I did it. The process is easy and the customer services reps are prompt and polite. Highly recommend”

“Was a little disappointed that the films were not in sequential order Some views were really low quality but we need to take some responsibility for that I’m happy to have them all in one place and I would like to continue with you but the price is a little too much for me right now Thank you for your service”

“Going into the process I knew that 70 year old 16mm film may have clarity issues. Yet I was surprised how poor the original films actually were. Going into the process the representative didn’t indicate it was a high risk procedure. Out of three reels only one was salvageable, and that was only about 5 minutes in length. Thus I am extremely disappointed at the results. I have other films but it’s hardly worth submitting them for processing.”

“Everpresent did a terrific transfer of an historic Bidu Sayao recording. The sound quality is excellent, and my husband and I are enjoying the CD immensely. A suggestion: perhaps there's a way that Everpresent could offer identification of the tracks as per the original album.”

“For audio transfer of reel to reel tapes to digital format they were not great. They don't seem to listen as they go so if something starts at one speed and later in the tape it is at another speed they don't catch it. Had to have tapes redone and they still weren't right. I gave up. I wish they would let you sit down with the tech so you can really explain to the person doing the transfer.”
