“The work I contracted you to do was very well done but my order took much longer to complete than promised. I was told it was a clerical error. The first deliverable to copy a dvd and a vhs tape was to be ready on 10/10 . It was finally completed on 11/4. If not for the assistance of Kate D at the main office, I'm not sure when it would have been finished. The actual quality of the work was very well done.”

The work and customer service were excellent. They were very understanding when I told them I was trying hard to get a the project done for my grandfather‘s one hundredth birthday party and they managed to get it done and ship it on time, even though I ordered it pretty late. The customer service representatives were always very courteous. I like that they use their own drivers instead of relying on the post office to carry my precious item. But most of all it was so wonderful to know that my grandfather who is 100 years old loved the video from his 80th birthday because they restored A home movie that had my grandmother when she was alive in it and in good spirits. For a little while watching it it felt as though she was with us. Thank you for helping me celebrate with my grandfather and giving him a most precious gift so he can turn it on and see his wife again. Every present was more expensive… And the communication with every present wasn’t quite what I was led to believe when I placed my order. No one contacted me and told me they were going to be issues with my tapes which I only learned when I receive them at my house. “Process and product was fantastic! No complaints there. Not all service fees are listed under the "service fees" section of the client agreement though - so beware. Some fees are tacked on without notice, (even though the agreement says "We will notify you of any significant Service Fee increase.") So make sure you read all the details on the website, (especially the hidden "Extras and Details" section), and the quotes you are provided turn out to be only "Estimates".
Besides that - the product arrived sooner than expected and obviously care was taken to digitize the old tapes I sent. I loved taking advantage of the "Bring additional items when you pick up your order and receive a credit towards continuing your project offer in your email." Everpresent is a really great service if you know about the "gotchas" ahead of time!”

“Everpresent has satisfactorily digitized many of our old VHS and 8 mm tapes and 35 mm slides from the 1980's. These included a couple of VHS tapes made from my father's very old 8 mm film from the 1950's and 1960's. Finally, they converted a handful of my wife's moldy tapes from the late 1940's. One VHS tape of my in-laws 50th anniversary showed heavy static in the upper half but they successfully managed to make a good copy on a second try.”

“I had two reel to reel tapes which I held on to not knowing what to do with them. Last June I decided what the heck; let's see what is on them. On the two tapes were the recordings I made on the last night I was home before I left for Vietnam. The tapes went to Vietnam and back September 1968 to April 1969. They remained in a box until I sent them to Everpresent.By then the recordings were over 50 years old.
I am so happy I did. So many voices of people who have passed including my mother and father.
Everpresent rated the quality as 6 and they were. However, I could make out the voices and they brought back so many wonderful memories.
