The final product is great and I have combined and edited the 33 files into a single movie. The project took substantially longer than expected, but this could be pandemic related. “They did a very poor job of taking reel to reel audio tapes , listening to them and copying them onto USB for me.
One of the sound tapes was slower sound audio, so that should have been adjusted for when copying them for a customer ! No one called me while this was happening Poor QA on their work. Also, they never answer the phone and very hard to get in touch with them. I had used them before, and was pleased, but I spent a lot of money on getting these reel to reel tapes converted, and it was extremely disappointing. Hopefully, I will find another company that communicates better, and also QA their work.”
