“You guys suck - I sent the same to an online service and they sent back complete copy not partial like EVERPRESENT and better quality for less price. Anything else you'd like to hear ?”

“I had a disk from 2003 that I was trying to retrieve pictures from. I could see most of them, but the computer I was using didn’t have a drive, and the combination of an older laptop and an external drive was making for slow going. Upon submitting it to EverPresent, I was told there was nothing on the disk. Upon receiving the disk back, I could still see and access the photos, albeit slowly. It seems that a company in this business would have been able to at least do what I was able to myself.”

Hi Carol, Thanks for your email, It looks like you are lucky to have a much older MacBook that can still read the discs! We transfer many DVDs/CDS and gave this one our best shot. As this particular one was unsuccessful , we did not charge you for this transfer . We hope to work with you again on another project! Have a great day! The EverPresent Team

“I am very pleased with the quality of Everpresent’s product and customer service. I have about 20 small films that have are from my now grown children’s earlier years. So much fun to be able to send them links or do a zoom call premier. Lotsa laughs. Worth every penny”

“When I spoke to the representative and told him what the problem was to recover some video they were not able to do it I can see the video when I fast forward through the camera but they could not recover it”

I reviewed your order and it looks like there was significant digital corruption from the original 8mm video tape and that was notated on your Quality Report. “Thank you, Everpresent, for the work you did transferring my wedding video from VHS cassette to digital. Even though the quality of the tape had diminished due to wear and tear, you managed to clean it up to the best of your ability and preserve it as a digital file that enable me to pick the best parts of it to create something special for my husband on our 22nd wedding anniversary! “I ordered an old family video (which had previously been converted from 16 mm film) converted to digital. Everpresent did an excellent job. I received periodic updates and the people I dealt with were informative and friendly. I would not hesitate recommend them.”
