“I was very pleased with the conversion of a very special VHS tape to digital video. I also like the fact that EverPresent transports your materials via a courier service, rather than a common carrier. This gave me extra confidence that my irreplaceable video would not be lost. EverPresent goes above and beyond to communicate tell you they have received your work and where it is in the process. The $40 per order handling and service fee seemed a bit high to me, as it represented about 50% of the overall cost for one VHS tape. But the quality of the conversion and their service was excellent.”

“I had an excellent first experience. My second batch was not done as expeditiously and the usb key with the files was damaged so that some of them presented with digital lines. However, they called me and fixed the problem.”

“We had 32 vhs and vhs-c tapes digitized and put on a usb drive. Had a problem 3 of the tapes but they took the time to get a better result with the problem tapes which i was great full for.”

“I was a little disappointed when nothing was salvaged from the tape I submitted. I was led to believe that there was something retrieved, however minute. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. I have to give a 2 rating because of this. It would have been a five had a refund been considered.”
