“I thought that with modern scanning equipment the scans would at least capture the quality of the original photo. The fuzziness introduced by the scan gave the digital photos a drab look. I had to reedit all scans with windows software, first to give clarity - since I was editing I made other adjustments like lighting and an occasional crop. I got pretty fast at this, as I did not try to get the best possible edit or create art. You might consider a quick-edit service along these lines at a reasonable price. James Burger”

“The video conversion was top notch, the only concern I had was with a gray line at the bottom of the video. I tried calling to get an answer but I was given a voice message for the department involved in the analysis of my video and I never got a response back even though I left a message. I would still like an explanation for why this strange mark is in my video. This is why I am giving only 4 out of 5 stars and not 5.”

We just reviewed your Quality Letter and it looks like we did flag some minor digital corruption which is inherent in older nonstandard PAL tapes. “I had a very pleasant experience in working on my project with this company!… I thought that was done in a timely manner and that all of my materials were cared for properly!… I did actually have a thought,… As a suggestion if I could pass along,… Unless of course I missed an option or something… Was there ever a possibility of having my Final DVD copy set to music??… I wasn’t sure if this was an option or not… I don’t remember it being discussed however if it’s not an option… I was just going to suggest maybe looking down the road and maybe adding it as another option to pay for?… With 8 mm film is going onto a DVD… There is a video and no audio. So having a chance to pick a music selection might be nice! The reason I bring this up is because a friend of mine did the exact same thing with her transfer of 8 mm films to DVD through the CVS pharmacy. And she was able to set that music… However I was not entirely comfortable with CVS work and I wanted this done professionally with the reputable company. Please understand I’m not complaining anyway… I’m very happy with my final product!!!… It was catalog very nicely!… Everything was labeled which was something that I had not done!… I just wanted to make a friendly suggestion to see if that could be added down the road!… I have certainly pass on your company‘s information to other family members and friends who also have some meat millimeter films that they wish to preserve and safe!… So thank you again for everything I do appreciate it!!..You help me save memories that were only fading away and that other members of my family have not seen in over 40 years”
