Getting a bit pricey, and although I did not call to question it, I wonder what a $35 service fee (for what) on a total invoice of about $2000. I would think for that amount of payment, it is not in the spirit of treating customers fairly to have to pay a "service fee."”

“I have transferred 4 very old brittle 8mm movies so far with good success from the Everpresent team. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the final process of the "consultation", this process requires an old fashion phone call which greatly delays the delivery. Since it is hard to reach the team both time it took over 10 days to get the release of the films. I tried calls, emails but they demand you speak with them (this is almost as old fashion as my 8mm films!) I asked that a manger contact me but there was no attempt.”

“I gave the newly digitized reel-to-reel music to my daughter for her birthday in August. Much of the content of the reels was originally composed music recorded by my deceased husband (my daughter's father) in the 1970's. Honestly, I was not very optimistic that Everpresent could salvage the music with a quality that I dared to hope could be provided. These tapes were dusty and exposed to heat and dampness over the years. When I received the final digitized music, I was elated, relieved, somewhat shocked, and so grateful. So much better than I expected! My daughter cried when I gave her the digitized version of her dad's music. She even posted a copy of her computer screen, showing all the music tracks, on her Instagram, excited that she can also play her dad's music in her new car! “Everpresent was great to work with. Our library had over 200 audio cassettes that we wanted converted to digital MP3 files. They were able to accomplish it in a short amount of time (approximately 1 month) and were priced very reasonably compared to other companies we checked with. The quality of the finished project was much better than the original sounded when played. Highly recommend.”

“I had eight or nine hours worth of video on mini DVs that were slowly deteriorating over the years. EverPresent converted these videos into separate files which I now have stored online. The bonus is that it is very easy to share these videos with relatives now. The process was explained clearly and was very thorough. “The slides were scanned very good. they showed up in order - as presented in my carousels. However, when I moved them from my Photos (Mac) to an album, they were not in order. After exchanges of emails, I learned that in albums one needs to save them to Sort by Title in order to put them back in correct order. Customers should be told this up front.
Slides were put back in carousels in correct order, but not upside down consistently. Not that I ever want to use the carousels unless desperate, but wanted to compare slides to scans on side by side screens.
Color corrections. Mostly I didn't need to have this done, because I can do this in Photos on my Mac.”
